This is the worst pandora I have ever been too. In December, I went to this location to buy charms for myself and family. Of course it is busy season and I know everybody is under stress, but the level of unpleasantness in this location is unbelievable. The girls were annoyed that I wanted to purchase multiple charms and I was completely turned off so I left and drove to the pooler location to purchase my holiday charms. Being that some time has passed I went in today to purchase some birthday charms and the store was empty. Again, the attitude in this store is horrible. The girl was immediately annoyed that we entered the store and it was clear she did not want to help us see the new spring charms. When it came to purchasing she added the "free cleaner kit" and told me I could't use my 20% I had on my account. (which is why I was there). Anyways after I told her I wanted to use my 20% she got upset that I didn't want the cleaner kit. I don't know if she was just upset and trying to push upsell but her whole attitude was so horrible. LASTLY, a father and young daughter walked in while we were there and he asked her "hey do you have anything for young girls or daughters" and the girl was maybe around 8-10 ish and the worker told him NO. LOL!!! and he told her he wanted to buy his daughter a bracelet and the worker told him they didn't have things for girls her age !!!!!!! (Disney charms? princess charms?) and they left the store. I couldn't believe it. anyways, I did buy my charms today because I deserve to buy the things I like and shouldn't be annoying for them having to work??, but I will never return to this store and YOU SHOULD...

We traveled out of our way just to come to this pandora since we are out of state and about to head home. As I was walking in, the girl behind the counter was not welcoming at all, had a straight face giving me a weird look as I was coming in the door. She was a young black girl with a nose piecering, i wasn't able to catch her name. She asked me, "would you like to look at our Valentines charms today?" With no expression or seemed like she wanted to even show me. I replied back yes, and then she never showed me the collection and stayed standing there the whole time. She seemed like she didn't ever want to help me. All of the other workers in there were standing behind the counter and did not say anything either. I stayed just a little longer looking around and I eventually just walked out because no one seemed like they wanted to help me and was not welcoming at all. I would not recommend coming to this location. Nothing but rude people working here that seem to not want to do their job. It was nothing but black people working in there. A black person that came in behind me they greeted with open arms and was nice to her, but with me they did not care to help me at all. Y'all need to get...

So awful, I have never had such a bad experience at Pandora before. The women I spoke to were so unbelievably rude, they made me feel like an escaped war criminal instead of someone trying to take advantage of a promotion. I wanted to return a charm I had just bought and then rebuy it to take advantage of a promotion they had on, and they told me I would have to rebuy it for a more expensive price, and I checked on the website and it was the exact same price. When I asked to speak to a manager the woman I was speaking to was the manager, but if I wanted to I could speak with someone else, and honestly they were just as rude as each other. I cannot believe they lied to my face to avoid helping a customer. I also can’t believe that with the amount of money I have invested in my Pandora jewellery, when I tried to take advantage of a promotion as a frequent customer, they were almost hostile. Such a shame as well because I was looking to buy another charm to add to my collection. Not only did they seriously damage my perception of the company, they also lost out on two different sales. Absolutely unacceptable, honestly save yourself the headache and avoid this Pandora...
