Terrible service hidden behind military discount and clean store front. Really took us for a ride. Use at your own risk. Full details below:
I brought my wife's HTC phone into this shop 11 December 2018 and who I assume was the manager, quoted me approximately $85 to replace the water damaged screen. We were told to return to the store in one week. We returned 8 days later and the manager informed us that the phone was not ready because the screen he used as a replacement was defective. He also never contacted me to tell me this, despite claiming he had called me numerous times. I left an "updated" cell phone number, the same as before, with the manager. Me and wife went out of state, on leave, for 3 weeks. Upon returning we contacted ifix and repair, by phone, and they explained the phone was STILL not ready. The manager explained that he had ordered two separate defective screens from one supplier, and decided to switch suppliers to get more quality screens. Fast forward several days and the phone is finally ready for pickup, mid january, 14-17 January time frame. We picked the phone up and not even 2 hours later my wife noticed the phone screen separating from the phone at the bottom corner. The manager was not in on that Saturday so we were told to come back the following week. Upon returning to the store, a different employee used scotch tape to tape down the screen and said "That's all he could do, of course the phone won't be exactly like normal, it's a different screen".....
Now, 1.5 months later, the screen has begun to fail. The owner explained that only OEM screens were installed at his shop. How could anyone OEM screen not fit flush into the phone? How could an OEM screen fail instantly (the first two installed) and at best only last for 1.5 months?? What kind of professional repair shop uses scotch tape and charges $85 with a straight face.

Read moreI took my iPhone x into them with a simple microphone issue. They told me they could fix it in 1 hour for $70 and that it was such a simple repair that I didn't need to backup my phone. Over the following four days they dodged my calls and never used any of the numbers I provided to update me on the process of the repair. I finally returned to the store 4 days later to learn they had bricked my phone. They took no responsibility for the fact that a working phone with a microphone issue was now a brick. After much debate with the owner, he offered to sell me a rebuilt Iphone SE for $400, or if I would leave my iPhone X with them they would give me a discount. You have to ask the question...Why would they want my phone if it was not repairable? If it was repairable, why didn't they repair it for me? This place cares nothing for their customer. If you do go in for a repair and they brick your device, expect them to shrug their shoulders and tell you there is nothing they can do to help you then turn around and try to make money off of your predicament. Pathetic IMO. --- I have left numerous messages with their corporate office too. They keep giving me the run around. I leave a voice message they email me asking me to email a certain person. I email the person and they ask me to call corporate. Someone claiming to be from their organization keeps emailing me from a yahoo account asking me for information I have already provided to their corporate office via the voice messages and emails. Read moreThe only reason i gave them one star is because they did refund my money which was good because they charged me 126 dollars for the service and parts i understand having to pay for the materials but i do not believe in paying for a service until i am satisfied it is that way in my line of work so i guess i expected the same but not here anyways i paid for everything in full on the 9th of November was told it would be ready on the 16th of November i got busy and forgot about the tablet called on the 19th 3 days after i was told my tablet would be ready it wasnt also no phone call from the company about progress or anything finally got in touch with someone and was told it would be longer because they were waiting on the part still i understood because of holidays and what not called a fews days after the 2nd deadline date again and was told the same thing that they were still waiting on the part i gave them more time another whole 7 days the guy Nick told me if the part wasnt in and it wasnt fixed they'd refund me the whole amount called again a few days after the 3rd deadline date and it still wasnt fixed and they were still waiting on the part they had the tablet almost a whole month and couldnt get their vender to get them a simple screen to fix a simple cracked screen needless to say they did refund our money but during the whole time they had the tablet not one phone call about progress or anything very poor customer satisfaction and communication ill never use this place for...
