Alixandra Blue — Local services in Scottsdale

Came in the store in the idea that I was going to purchase something. No greetings nor did I receive a hello which is completely fine because I understand that the store can get busy. I’m browsing and pass by the cashier where all the employees are gathered and I politely tell one of them hi where I unfortunately did not get a response but just a blank stare with an up and down look. Great! Just some advice - if your store is going to charge nearly 80 dollars for a shirt and a quota needs to be made per day… I would treat every customer with respect and actually use customer service skills to sell items in the store. I am not the typical white female from Scottsdale and I am not insinuating that that is the main reason for bad customer service but sure felt like it when every girl that fit that stereotype came in after me was greeted and even was asked if they needed help with anything or needed a fitting room to be made for them. As I was leaving I even gave them a second chance and told them to have a great day and NO OF THEM were occupied with anything and stayed in the same damn spot and I did NOT receive a response. The only positive thing that I can say about this store is that it is in a great location. Buyer beware! If you buy something in their store they do not give refunds, even if purchased with a credit card, and returned in a timely manner. You only a gift card to use towards another purchase. The website, under the FAQ section it says they will give a refund within 30 days, but apparently that only refers to online purchases.
