I booked a consultation under their $2,000 off liposuction offer. I dont know the names of how they brand these procedures but I know at the time of consultation I was quoted $10,900 then on a sticky note (!) they put $9,265 - 15% off, and verbally (!!) was told less the $2,000, and they'd knock $400 off if I pay cash to save credit card fees. ~$6,800 cash for lipo with the skin tightening (all I need really). Now, I'm on a long acting medication that makes my pain management case slightly more complex.
The office said most patients can 'get by' with ibuprofen + another medication but she'd check with the doctor. I'm not sure if they ever checked because that medication has a similar interaction with my medication leaving my only option for pain management right now the same as what I'd take for a bad headache (4 Advil). I dont know about you but I'm just not comfortable with that for something like ab and flank lipo. I hope I dont need it but, as the patient, I'm the only one that suffers if it's not enough. For that reason, I wanted to put a deposit down at consultation and wait until the medication is out of my system and I'm able to coordinate care with my other physician but they told me at the time of the consultation they only book ~6 weeks out max.
I needed at least at least 60 days but I continued to receive emails with the $2,000 off offer so I assumed the pricing that was discussed was still valid until I got an email saying the offer ends 7/31. I called about putting a deposit down now to book now that my medication is less of a concern and was told the offer no longer applied because the offer is to "fill spots for the month." I said "I'm still receiving emails with that offer so I assume you still need to fill spots this month so I'm not understanding." They told me to "go back and look at the emails because the offer verbiage is confusing but its clear." Right. Well, I looked at the emails and nowhere do they have any terms listed anywhere. It literally just says $2000 off so I 'missed' that the offer is apparently only if you book the same month as the consultation (mind you they intentionally dont put anything in writing regarding the $2,000 off offer that could be construed as a contract in your paperwork!). My understanding now is that the verbal offer I was provided is likely a separate $2000 off offer they use if bookings are down that month to encourage immediate bookings and is likely unrelated to the marketing I was receiving. Either that or their marketing is misleading to fill consultations and pressure you into getting surgery knowing full well most patients would be very uncomfortable with that.
Kind of a turn off business practice that really sucks if you're someone like me who can't really book the surgery due to legitimate medical reasons. The person i spoke with said she'd explain my situation and ask the doctor and the office manager. They said they'd honor the written 15% discount they quoted me but wouldn't honor the $2,000. On principle, it's just really hard to justify parting ways with $2000 extra dollars of my hard earned cash when someone else walking in today without legitimate medical concerns isn't. It also seems like not the best medical practice to financially incentivize patients like me into getting surgery within a certain time frame if its not the best medical decision for them because it's good for your surgery business. They do have lots of great 5 star reviews but Im very surprised nobody has mentioned this, which makes me question if these reviews are real patients or what. Maybe this is just how these practices operate and I wasnt aware of it but I'm sure there's others that might experience this so just make sure you're...
Read moreFrom the moment I called to set up a complimentary consultation, to the moment I left the office post procedure, was nothing short of AMAZING! I expected to feel intimidated by the staff that typically works in cosmetic surgery, but I was wrong. The beautiful staff was SO NICE, polite, friendly and professional! I had consulted with Dr. Schuell, the minute he walked in, I felt comfortable and relaxed. He went over everything I asked about on my intake form, as well as everything I asked additionally during the consult. He took his time, and literally made me feel like he could hang with me all day.
Next, was the time with the Patient coordinator, Josie. She went over everything with me as if I already scheduled the procedure, although I hadn't done so yet. AND I didn't feel any obligation at the moment. I was clear about my timeline and such as far as scheduling, which she respected and did not make me feel bad about not scheduling at the exact moment. When I called about 2 weeks later to schedule, I only had about 8 days before my procedure. Josie was great at talking me through everything I had to prep for as well as getting me the info I needed to get the labs etc prior to.
PROCEDURE DAY and again, nothing less than perfect. They took BEFORE pics and gave me a few meds to help me relax. I again, expected to feel "high and not remember anything". Reality though, I just felt normal and I remember everything. I was awake the entire time and never felt pain during procedure. Dr. Schuell was amazing at keeping me informed what he was doing and was amazing at going back to perfect every single detail. Also, our conversations during the procedure were super entertaining. We shared lots of stories and laughter. I felt great post OP, I never took any pain pills that were prescribed for pain. I went home and made dinner for my family as if nothing ever happened. I am a stay at home mom for 3 young kids, and carried on with my life as normal the next day. YES SERIOUSLY! I am still stunned by that aspect of it all. Other than being more "stiff" that normal due to the compression garment, I was 100% fine.
7 DAYS POST OP- My results are amazing so far! I had the opportunity of doing my post op visit with Dr. Hall today (Dr. Schuell is on vacation). He took out any sutures I had and checked everything over to assure everything looked great. Just like Dr. Schuell, he didn't rush me or feel like he had other things to do, (although, he was in his scrubs and heading in to his next procedure.)
If you're contemplating visiting here, please, look no further. You will not be disappointed. If have any other questions regarding my visits here, please reach out. I'll post pics in a few weeks too! -- I did my abdomen, flanks, sacrum and pubic region. I have plans to do my arms and inner thigh next, as soon as I can save some more...
Read moreI am a pretty picky customer, so I was very thorough when I searched for the best cosmetic surgeons in Arizona. And I figured since I have had 4 separate surgeries at Infini, dating back to September of 2021, I could give a knowledgeable review to help those whose search for the true artist is still in progress. The first surgery was a chin lipo/JPlasma performed by Dr. Hall. It was not invasive at all, and the only side effect was some numbing under my chin of which most feeling returned within 6 months, now I have complete sensitivity. Losing my iguana neck was a game changer for me. I stopped running from cameras within a week. My next surgery was a 360 lipo for flanks, sacrum, waist/hips, intercostals and my infamous belly I have had since childhood, (no matter how little I weighed, or how many reverse crunches I did). It was this surgery that showed me the artistic ability of Dr. Shuell. Admittedly, I freaked out the first time I took my support garment off, I looked lumpy and uneven. I immediately jumped on line and found out that this was exactly what I was supposed to look like for the first year. (I may have spent time researching doctors, I did not read up on aftercare and what to expect.) This procedure did cause numbing that stuck around for almost a year, but it’s all gone now and I now look at my flat, smooth stomach that a year and a half later, has drastically improved. What they didn’t tell me online is that it just keeps looking better and better. After a while I realized that this lipo thing was the best thing since apple pie. Dr Hall hooked me up with lipo/Jplasma for my Michelin-man arms and turned them into Linda Hamilton’s Terminator II arms. He also did my outer thighs with lipo/Jplasma and I was able to shop bodycon dresses after that, no spanks needed! The last procedure I got was one I should have done when I was 13. Dr Hall preformed a breast reduction and brought my triple D’s down to a perfect C. Like Micheal Angelo chipping away at a marble slab, he created perfect scoops of flesh that defy gravity. They healed faster than any previous procedures and I was back in the game within a month. One thing I would recommend is, (besides paying close attention to all aftercare instructions and realize you will need to prepare for it in advance), would be to practice patience on the end results. I keep waiting for things to either stop improving, or with my luck, start going south again, but every day their work looks better than the day before. If you are looking for the best cosmetic surgeons in Arizona, you will find them at Infini Cosmetics. Their names are Dr. Shuell...
