Zero for their booking system and ability to resolve issues trying to buy tickets online. So below zero that I will never buy another ticket from them. They actually pay Accertify (an Amex company) to prevent sales. Horrible fraud detection. Improperly flagged all my credit cards. It gives you a bogus message after it declines your purchase. It tells you to contact your bank. It's not the bank declining. It a problem with Accertify intercepting purchases. Wasted way too much of my time trying to make a simple ticket purchase. Very done with Scottsdale Center For Performing Arts. I'll take my entertainment $$ to other places that want my money. It's not good enough to pass blame on the application and even praise its effiiciency. Unbelievable they can't place a call to this company to fix the mess.
No apology accepted. Already got those in emails that accomplished nothing except blame passing to the system and to tell me to stop trying to buy tickets until it clears maybe Monday. Isn't Artificial Inteligence wonderful?
UPDATE AFTER THEIR WEAK RESPONSE: You never resolved it. You couldn't resolve it because ALL my credit cards including my wife's were "locked out" with no definite timeline to unlock. If I can't purchase, there ARE NO ALTERNATIVE SOLUTIONS. There was no sense in wasting even more time with your organization because I had no way to pay you.
I could care less about the information from your fraud mitigation partner. There was no fraud in play. They can make up whatever reason for denying my purchase so they look good to your organization. Your organization is working with a company that provides an inferior product. Must be cheap!
You should have a method to contact this "service" to correct the bogus problem they created blocking me and delivering an equal bogus reason that it was my bank/credit card company. Waiting until it fixes itself is not a solution. There is no moving forward after I'm done with the current tickets I managed...
Read moreIt is a beautiful auditorium, sound is great, ect... HOWEVER, the ticket selling site is a nightmare, and the employees are straight up RUDE!!! Once you buy the tickets the first time you have to log in after that, and get blocked with "login info doesn't match" EVERY SINGLE TIME. I am a nerd and write my login info down for everything, but somehow end up locked out every single time. Once you're logged in with them, of course they're hitting you up for donations a lot, but you still can't log in you can't donate-haha!!!! I've been trying to purchase a ticket for an event this weekend on 1/26 since 1/12-finally got a call back-1/24- today and was informed I was too late.
Now the employees have taken rudeness to whole new levels-I guess my best story for that was I was going in on the opposite side where to say "hi" to a relative on the way to my seat. The ticket taker told me to go to the other door because my seat was on that side. When I tried to explain what I was doing she literally blocked my wat physically and wouldn't listen!!
After the BS it takes to buy very expensive tickets, you'd think it'd al least be a pleasant experience once you got there but you'll...

Sound was great, I could actually hear him tapping his feet while playing - just lovely! It's a great small venue where the artist can be seen and interact with the audience as opposed to being watched on a giant TV from a mile away. Quite refreshing and lovely, seats are very comfy and roomy. Staff is helpful and respectful. There's an elevator to take you to the lower sections if needed and two bars serving wine, beer and mixed drinks at reasonable prices. Close to show time they put caps on the cups so you can take them in to the show. I will definitely watch for more events to attend here as ticket pricing is also reasonable. I used Uber to get there and back as I wasn't sure how close parking was, but I understand parking is free...
