Terrible experience! I bought my son an Outerknown shirt for Christmas and sent it to Canada from AZ. The following year I bought him the same shirt in a different color and sent it. This week I am in Canada visiting him and saw the shirts. He showed me the buttons on the first shirt and shared that AFTER THE FIRST WASHING, all 6 buttons cracked in half! Yes, cracked in half! So he couldn't wear it. 6 buttons cracked on THE FIRST WASHING! I am 61 yrs old and have washed a lot of shirts, and never - no matter how many washings - have I seen a button crack in half. Never. Then the second shirt was super long and weird-shaped, not at all the way the first shirt (same size) fit. Because of the fit, he couldn't wear it at all so he had no occasion to wash it. He explained that he didn't tell me about the shirts bc he is not a complainer and also thought that since he was in Canada and I lived in AZ, he didn't want to trouble me to resend a new one. I was shocked looking at the buttons on that shirt. When I called the store they said that after 60 days they wash their hands of their products. They don't care that they sold me two defective shirts at $148 each! This store has zero accountability, zero integrity. Disgusting customer treatment. I wish I could have given zero stars.

Great experience and selection. The guy that was running the show the day I was in there was great and knew everything about all of the brands in the store. Enthusiastic but not pushy. I did not get his name (and its not on receipt) but if you hired this guy, well done. He could sell whole life insurance in his sleep. I hate shopping and I think a lot of men do but I would have spent a few more hours in here. Prices were also surprisingly realistic. I wish there was one in Chicago. If you are in Old town, its definitely worth a stop.

Went here to shop for my boyfriend and to start off the customer service was terrible. The one person who helped me told me I wasn't allowed to buy anything from a certain section because he said I was too ugly to have a boyfriend and he thought I was lying. He proceeded to insult me by saying "you're worthless" and "I can't believe anyone actually loves you". Eventually he rung me up. Overall I would not recommend coming here. Goodwill has a better selection.

They are very discriminate here. Not by race but by class. I live in Arcadia Phoenix Arizona which is by middle class standards a nice, pretty safe neighborhood. I am a blue collar worker not clearing more than $60,000 a year. But I work hard for my family and for my things. I happened to have a pair of devil dog jeans on that retail for $180. I'm sure my wife did not pay that probably got them at Marshalls or Ross. But not one employee but two employees and the owner had the audacity to talk smack about how and where I obtained my jeans just a few feet from me. When I questioned them they stood their ground making snide comments about how it can't afford their shop or their clothes and I should go back to Arcadia. F&$k...

I have never been in a store before nor heard of this company. I have worked in retail in Canada and I was very impressed. The gentlemen working there was very engaging and I was with my family leaving several people needing to be addressed. He did a wonderful job explaining the store and giving product knowledge on anything we were interested in and knew his stuff. The store was well curated, looked good, smelled great, had great music, and left little to be desired. I was very impressed and was also exposed to brands that seemed high quality I have never heard of before. Well done and I wish you guys all...
