I grew up coming to this small town museum, however this was the first time coming in almost 5 years. Today we arrived and when we walked in I asked for the restroom when I got into the bathroom there was an unflushed toilet. While in the restroom they advised my date that it was disrespectful to come in and ask for the restroom. When I got out of the restroom we had the intent of walking around and exploring but they demanded that we had to leave a donation because they didn't have to let us use the bathroom or come in. They said " you need to sign in with your information so we know who you are and we are donation based so we will take any offer you have, however we let you use the restroom so you have to pay, we take cash or card, we could have made you leave as soon as you asked to use the restroom" very unprofessional and disrespectful.. if you had better customer service and were not quick to judge you would have reoccurring customers but this was...

If the people who run this museum read this... please just fire that guy and THEN give him a dictionary so he knows what the word DONATION means. He obviously hasn't been to other reputable museums that act on a donation basis. He seemed he was coming from a very "small...
