I'm not happy with seaside usps For one. When a package says deliver, it means deliver. Do not change it to pick up in person. Because I did not authorize that you gave away a package of mine at 4:03 p.m. on the 3rd of this month. If you refuse to fix it. If anyone in the futchr to somebody who was not find my package. Or figure what the Happened and who gave it away without confirming by one, making sure that the I. D is me and to that they have a picture. Or on the actual app they ordered from with a tracking number. That's small package. Was a mystery box of perfume that is worth almost a $1000. If my package is not found or the problem is not solved by the time I expect you to receive a call back to me guys because I still doubt a paperwork on the phone with another u. S postal service KLI expect you guys to be paying me that money when I walk in the employee to be Fired. Because of this happens again. I will get my lawyer in the courts involved. Or better yet. If there's ever a problem, give me the person who's names most likely attached to the package, give me a call. Because I will not tolerate this disrespect and slow stupidness from emplease ever again. Cause this is just downright stupid. Stupid idiot, and if anybody comes into your office asking to pick up mail for Jasmine Adam's ever again, do not give it to them. Do you hear me? I did not authorize anyone to complete my package. I have not had received it. I do not have it in my hands. Therefore you guys sthough and I...
Read moreOk I've lived in a LOT of towns across the U.S. and I've utilized the local PO in every one of them. This location is by far the most unpleasant and I dread the rare occurrences when I absolutely have to subject myself to approaching the counter here. I've stood in line and watched in disbelief as the angry tall blonde woman was downright mean to an elderly lady who was having trouble seeing the tiny screen she was supposed to sign. The fact that her disgusting behavior is tolerated despite so many complaints says something about the management of this office and unfortunately the quality of service even outside the office reflects that also. I hope this particular office gets the chopping block as USPS restructures. The offices of neighboring towns get the business that this location runs off anyway. Angry blonde woman, you should be ashamed of yourself, but it's obvious you're not. See...
Read moreI'm not sure if it's poorly designed technology or whether it's just certain or 'A' certain employee, but they have screwed up MANY times now. I have no faith in their abilities to perform their duties. EDIT: I called-no answer. Ever. Went in finally after days waiting for them to fix my problem. Shockingly rude tallish blonde woman at counter. Possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. And this after THEIR repeated mistakes. At the USPS website to issue a complaint about the original mistake. Another about the particular woman to her boss and the highest-up-mofo I can reach at the Postal Service. Another about the website/emails/texts that don't work correctly. I'm a patient guy, I'm empathetic to someone for being stressed, but they've made a mortal enemy! *Laughs maniacally at the level of petty I'm thinking...
