Your Store Seaside — Local services in Seaside

I was looking at “your store” for a sticker that I could place on my yeti mug, and I found a wide range of stickers that had Seaside on them . I didn’t realize that there was two different stores, one for adults and one for children so I took a look on both sides. The place was busy so it wasn’t that many people available at the register so there was a slight wait however, that is to be expected on the weekdays with so many people inside the store. Note: the reason for the score of 3 stars: Lack of employee engagement. when I finally found an employee to purchase my item in the other store there was no engagement and when I walked in both stores there was no acknowledgment that I had enter the store or any employee to be found to assist . Just a simple hello with a smile from any employee to acknowledge they see me and if I need help. NEVER SHOP HERE. My family and I looked forward to our first trip to Seaside. And our tween wanted a tie dye hoodie to remember the occasion. I also grabbed a maroon sweatshirt from the store and a hoodie for our younger son.

I accidentally spilled coffee in the bag opening our hotel door so I put them in the laundry on cold water with some other clothes.

The red dye for everywhere! I rewashes clothes from home and the dye came out. I rewashed the other two tops from the store and it didn’t.

Went back the next day, lady said to come back next day at 10 to talk to manager. Fine.

Came back. Manager said since it’s washed he can’t sell the product so he can’t do a return or store credit. We showed him before and after pics. Are you kidding me?! Our fingers were turning red just standing there holding the shirt. We put all 3 shirts on the counter and left. $50 out of pocket. NEVER SHOP HERE. You get what...

We have been going to Seaside for years and have bought many sweatshirts from this shop. The past 2 years the sweatshirts seem to be losing the quality and balling up everywhere, where fuzz balls end up all over the sweatshirts when you wash them. They are not 12 .99 anymore, they are 19.00 and up. The people who are currently working there , which is actually 2 stores , one on each side of the entrance ......are less than friendly, no personality and rarely crack a smile. We did not hear the man working on the adult side speak any English, not even a Thankyou. We have never experienced that anywhere in Seaside as it's a family beach town !!!!! Little to desire there and with that quality and service we wont be back to this specific store. Our honest opinion after going there 20...
