I have bought an expensive Dell xps 15 laptop charger from an Amazon vender called PlaneTrees Canada for 102$. My account was then banned the next day, with all orders cancelled, and an option to clarify the situation by sending some more information to amazon. Here is the catch: this is my 3rd account they’ve banned for no reason and after trying to get my other two accounts unbanned (by sending the relevant information, as the card IS mine lol) with no luck I figured making a 3rd account would do the trick. It did not, and the end result is that I will no longer be trying to use amazon services, while PlaneTrees Canada, an honest, hardworking vendor, lost a 100$ order due to no fault of theirs in an economically devastating time. Thanks amazon, very cool! P.S. If I were to give Amazon an advice, I would suggest them to hand out specialised piss bottles to all their employees to show them the care and respect fitting for such a company, while at the same time continuing to outsource their customer support services abroad. Recipe for success right here, take notes gents! P.P.S. Jeff Bezos should also let his luscious hair grow out a little longer and stop cheating on his wife. Oh wait… TLDR: Amazon sucks, Jeff B. no wife no hair lol.

This place was supposed to be an alternative work place where Amazon employees could go to relax and walk away from their computer monitors to be one with nature. The concept is great but the final product didn't turn out as expected. Imagine being in an enclosed space with no breeze where it is a constant 80% humidity. Add to this the fact that the whole structure is glass so the temp is between 75 and 95 degrees depending on whether the sun is out and it turns into a greenhouse. I spent a total of maybe 2 hours in this place despite working right next to it for over two years. It is better as a museum than an alternative workplace.

In my opinion I'd never shop through the Amazon app if there was another that had the same or better pricing, variety & delivery system. The app itself runs about 40% of the time the way it's supposed to.The rest of the time it's difficult to go to whatever section you need & more often than not you can't.It used to run much better but the past 6 months or longer it's been a nightmare. It doesn't matter how many people complain the issues remain ongoing so obviously not addressed at all.The pricing is another problem. Some items are outrageously high like double everywhere else but in general they are pretty good. But because I'm so dissatisfied with Amazon period I now try to get my purchases elsewhere 1st.The AI is an exercise in futility as it repeats the same questions over & over though you've already answered the questions so by the time you actually get to speak to a customer service rep. you're already frustrated & often angry.Again complaints fall on deaf ears. Then you have customer service where you never know what kind of service you'll receive & whether or not they'll actually do what they promised is no guarantee,as I've discovered several times. So you're often stuck calling again & you wonder if there's any integrity in the business at all. Then there's the A-Z Guarantee which never lives up to its up to its promise to get you the deserved refund that the seller won't for whatever reason give.Result no refund & once again anger & frustration more often than not.Like I said in the beginning it's just not everything it's advertised to be & I now understand why they've taken to so much advertising to drum up sales.Im sure many others feel the same way & have decided to take their business elsewhere as I've been told.Sometimes I really wonder if it's worth all the aggravation. The only saving grace is having parcels delivered & returns picked up but delivery is often days not the next day as they often say.Ive seen it take a week to get something & at times after days I just reorder the item.Somehow parcels get lost between different way stations.Personally I've given up complaining because it's a waste of my time & energy & nobody really cares in...

I have been ordering on Amazon since 2006 so obviously I am generally pleased with my experiences on Amazon, however, I just attempted to submit a review of a product I ordered and was told due to suspicious activity on my reviews they were ALL deleted and I could no longer submit reviews. I only submit maybe a half dozen reviews a year and its been months since I submitted ANY review. No email from Amazon to let me know or question why. I notice they still allow me to continue buying on the site so they are happy to take my money. I am furious and sent off a note to them asking why. I have no clue as to what caused this although I suspect some outside forces at play. My reviews have always been relatively mild, mostly positive reviews; all within Amazon's guidelines. I use the ReviewMeta extension which tabulates for deleted reviews. I now see I can disregard this statistic as Amazon deletes valid reviews without questions. I am awaiting a response...
