I visited this location at the recommendation of a representative through the Nike app because they had a particular shoe I was looking for in their inventory and was not currently available at most other places. Fortunately, this store was within reasonable driving distance from my residence which allowed me to save some additional cost I would have incurred for shipping, and being in a downtown location there is a parking garage right next to the store which they will validate the parking ticket which I also appreciated.
The store presentation displaying the different footwear they offer made it easy to view all of the shoes in a limited amount of space which I found to be very nice. The salesperson I encountered was very pleasant and eager to assist me in obtaining the shoe that I was there to purchase. They did have the shoe in the size that I needed which their website and representative from Nike stated which is always a plus for me because that's not always the case. The salesperson quickly retrieved the shoes and assisted me in trying one on even though I had my mind already set on purchasing these shoes so I appreciated the additional effort.
They had contactless pay and paperless receipts, these minor details helped add to my good experience, and I would return here again just to see their offerings if I'm in the area.
The only thing that I didn't like particularly about the experience was its website design. I feel there was a lot of effort put into the design, layout, and general navigation but the UI and access to things left a lot to be desired. It was also fairly difficult to figure out exactly were they were located or just the actual address so I could pull it up on my map app, these can be found by digging around some but it could benefit from being easier to see and access, same for where to park because it was just randomly lined at the bottom of a page.
Also, the 10% discount code I was offered online for creating an account didn't seem to work with any of these shoes I tried to use them on and the limitations of the code aren't explained anywhere I could see so it's trial and error I guess, but their prices were very on par with the same shoe from other official retailers so this has no real negative impact on my experience. They could also use some sort of search engine optimization because when searching for this particular shoe they did not come up within the page or two I combed through and this is close enough to be considered a local store and possibly why they still have this shoe available when it's fairly limited everywhere else, I guess in my case it worked out...

I visited Likelihood SLU and had an unfortunately poor experience. From the moment I walked in, as the only customer, I was met with attitude and disregard by an employee (Nadavie?). When I asked if a certain item was in stock, she didn’t bother to check and simply said, “This is all we have.” I showed her that the website indicated the item was in stock, prompting her to reluctantly go to the back and retrieve it.
When I asked for a size in a shoe, her response was again short and dismissive. I was eager to purchase multiple items but decided against it due to her blatant disregard for customer service. While in the store, another worker joined her, and they immediately started chatting and joking about another coworker’s waist size. This lady, who might have been a manager given how she ordered the other worker to answer the phone, could have easily done it herself as she wasn’t doing anything.
Despite my reluctance, I ended up purchasing something as i’ve been eyeing it for quite some time. I noticed a 10% discount was available and she had an attitude when asked to add that promo to the purchase. Lastly, she didn’t even acknowledge me after I said thank you. I was excited to visit the store and purchase the things I wanted, even if it took time out of my lunch break. I’ve never had an issue with Likelihood or its employees before, nor do I typically write reviews, but this experience has definitely changed my perception of the store and I will definitely not be visiting if she will be the one to take care of me or the...
Read moreMy friends and I shopped w/ Max and Yoly this past Saturday. I was interested in the Anderson Paak Vans but unfortunately, were not available in my size. My friend actually ended up purchasing them which kind of bummed me out, and to add insult to injury (well not really), Yoly noticed they were on sale (unaware to us) and kindly returned the difference. While I was looking for anything to buy, Yoly somehow produced a Joe Fresh Goods Converse from the back that happened to be my size.
When I made it home to lace my sneakers, I noticed that one of the laces from the two sets included in the box, was missing. Not really a big deal. I reached out to Likelihood and I speak with Max again, exchange info and tells me to check my email later.. Not only did Max get back with me immediately, but because the shop did not have the laces on-hand, he instead attached a link where I could purchase for $3, along with the option of three customer accommodations I could choose from.
I wanted to write this simply because the attention, care, and service Max and Yoly exhibited was top notch. The experience my group and I had was high-end, and I will continue to take my money to them as well. I suggest you do the same simply because the service matches the merchandise, if not...
