Beautiful, fun, filled with fast growing and beautiful large clover patches in the grass (is it bad that I don't want Seattle Parks and Rec to bring their mower?) Lovely spot for a picnic or a quick rest under the sky. Not recommended during rainy days as there and no overhangs or picnic shelters, but there's a small grill and some tables, as well as a fitness center, a big ping pong table, and open grass. It feels spacious and comfortable for the small area it takes up, and it's a beautiful park design. Pretty neat. There's a double water fountain that was not functional in mid September, but that's likely due to seasonal closure? One trash, and a grate cigarette disposal container. Overall a great place to have a snack and watch the clouds or read a book, and I'm hopeful about the future of this delightful, small park. Let's keep it clean and welcoming, shall we? :)

Such a shame that this park was remodeled, and now has been taken over by homeless. There was a homeless sleeping in the bushes and another sitting on a chair. Clothes and garbage are all over.

Great place to go and hang out and have a good time at the basketball court if you'd like to play basketball but for any other things down it's hard to do or hard to find because most of the people that hang out there happened to be homeless otherwise known as Street kids and most of the locals that are college kids do everything they can to avoid being around the street kids like they are the Black Plague now if they would ever give us a chance to show them that we are not as bad or f* up as they think then maybe they might actually enjoy our company and not have as many questions about the district...

There is an awning surrounded by some low-lying plants, a small concrete floor with a basketball hoop, and a bench. This is neither a good nor a bad place. It is perfectly serviceable. A certain Pat Martin of Mercer Island recommended the name "Christie" based on the exploits of James Christie, the leader of the Press Expedition. This was not the Christie of auctioneering fame. James Christie was normal but had some flaws. This park is also normal and...
