First time cruisers and a bucket list vacation for my wife and I. We did a seven day Alaskan cruise and our TA, Gayle Takashima, could not have been better! She held our hands, metaphorically, and guided us through the process seamlessly and painlessly. Offered great suggestions and recimmendations and, ultimately, booked us a phenomenal cruise! Why 2* ? Well, pity I guess. The (lack of) service I received would deserve 0*. As soon as they get a hold of your money they drop you like a hot potato. No communication, not even basic info. She took the time and trouble to send 2 short sentences after several warnings. Half of it was incorrect, untrue. (Have written evidences.) There are many good travel agencies. Choose carefully. Learn from my mistake. Avoid this one....

Whatever you do, don’t book any cruise with Princess. Absolute trash cheap tasteless food and service. They think private dining is separating a table by an inch on your anniversary and being the last dining time and several tables open. Bullies. The medallion tracker is weird it tracks your move and they know if you’re in your room where you are on your excursions just all around bullies. Horrible service....
