Debonair Decor Couture — Local services in Seattle

We found this place through a friend while visiting Seattle for the first time. KJ and his staff are very friendly guys and the store has interesting things. My younger son bought shoes and my older son had his eye on a sweatshirt that was and adult xl, so KJ said he can make him one in any size and color that he wanted. Long story short he said he would ship it to us in CA in 5-7 days. There was some confusion about the color of the sweatshirt and after back and forth and calling to check on it I gave up. He told us they shipped the orange color when we ordered the black one (nothing was ever actually shipped). I finally just said "I don't care which color you ship just send us SOMETHING!" It has been over two months and we have not received anything. Nothing, not an orange one, not a black one, not a pink one, NOTHING! We paid in cash or I would've already done a charge back on our cc. I think these guys are trying to build their brand but they could use help with the business side. The customer is always right and when you make a promise you honor it. If you forget or get confused you at least ship the customer SOMETHING, regardless of the color, size, print! My 12 year old son has been waiting since October for his "Juice world" sweatshirt and he asks me about it every day. I'm ordering one from Amazon where I know I will get it in 2 days. I waited a very long time before leaving a review because I feel that every business deserves a chance to make it right, but we have given them...

I’m so delighted I walked into Pacific Place this evening because I would not have been able to discover Debonair Decor Couture. First off, KJ—the store owner and apparel creator—was so friendly and welcoming. Not only did I fall in love with the clothing, but he shared with us his reason for creating the Debonair brand and his story is humbling, inspiring and brave. He has very reasonable prices for clothes that share the same material and care of mainstream, over priced brands. Debonair is not just browsing, its an experience. The art on his walls, the range of clothing he has for women, men and children is amazing. My father and I were his last customers and the more we learned about him and his brand the more I wanted to support him and show the world his utter brilliance when it comes to couture. Visit his store and you will not be disappointed, I promise you that!

It was by a random stroke of luck that I came across Debonair Decor. My friend and I were leaving from the movie theater going down the escalator. To my left, I noticed a store front (Debonair) completely standing out from all the rest and caught my attention instantly. We had to go and check it out. I was blown away by the decor inside of the store. It has such a home feel to it, reminding me if New York. The selection of clothing and shoes are definitely trendy and up to today's fashion standards. There is an undeniable swag inside here. The owner was just so personable and humble.
