Nice store. Small rotating perfume and cologne selection with no way for customers to track when their brand will again be available. They need to add this ability to the app, so customers can be notified when their brand is in stock. This would not only revive interest in customers shopping at brick and mortar stores, but make shopping fun. In today's fast paced, inhumane, unjust world, and all the economic hardships imposed upon the younger generations -- they don't have time to go to the store repeatedly for it to not have the items they're looking for. They will continue to stray to other more reliable retailers and be further lured to cheap Chinese no name products given the current economic and wage conditions. In fact the youngest generation prefers no name brands and think that's cool. You are pushing your customer away and did it to me when I came to the store repeatedly for four months with store employees and customers unable to tell when a shipment would come that had certain products normally carried I needed. You should take my advice and allow the younger generations to subscribe to be informed when their brand is in store, or deal with the continued slow death of brick and mortar stores. I'm staying at the Grand Sheridan and I needed a new Canali shirt altered for an event on Thursday and I also dropped off a sweater I purchased the day before that had a zipper coming loose at the bottom. It was the last sweater like it and didn't want to just return it.
I wasn't expecting to get my items back till Thursday, but she knew I was only staying for the night because she asked how I was doing. I told her I live on Vashon now and only come to the city for business.
She called me once because I left my hotel card in the sweater and a second time to let me know both my shirts had been completed. They both look amazing and I can't thank her enough for going above and beyond!
I have known Thuy for many years and I prefer shopping at Nordstrom rack because she is there and is consistently helpful. She has actually altered my whole wardrobe and helps me stay on top of new fashion. I get compliments all the time on my clothes.

I noticed at the airport that one of the shirts that I bought there ($110) did not have the security tag removed. I called the store and spoke to a customer service manager named Stacey. This woman had zero empathy and compassion for my situation and was treating me like I had done something wrong. She offered me nothing, not even an apology, and exclaimed, āWe donāt give away free merchandise.ā If she had at least sounded like she cared a little bit about the trouble this has caused me, I may have not been so upset about this situation.
