What a nightmare...... Went to the Kali uchis concert first time at this stadium and for sure the last.

Doors opened 40 minutes late and we were told different things regarding where to enter by the event staff. We went to gate 3 first and were told it was not an entrance. Everyone was at gate 2 once we got there another guard told folks "go to 3 or 4 since there's no line" so naturally we went back to three just to be turned away again until about 20 minutes after it was supposed to open and they finally actually let the line form. Mind you we got there at 6:20 for a 7pm opening and didn't get in 7:40 but we didn't even get in because......

My husband brought his cross body bag it's small and if you don't include the extra fabric on the steps it is within the guidelines single pocket. There literally was one the same type of bag as shown in the video that was shown in the arena. They do not measure the bags they guesstimate. A girl behind us with the same size bag but with shorter straps was allowed to have hers just fine. Instead of a locker or any other kind of easy way to just store it until after the show he was told that he would need to bring it back to our car. After I was already let in with my ticket on his phone so I just had to sit and wait. When he got back we went to entrance 4 which had their lines all messed up and had no order at all! We also saw multiple other folks with bags that were within the guidelines that were turned away but saw multiple men with lighters and loads of things in their pockets get in just fine....? Seems odd.

The "first time gift". I was excited Coming here because we got an email that since it was our first time we could go to guest services and get a free gift. The gift is a pin that says it's my first time here. I love the idea but literally when would anyone ever wear or use this again? This is supposed to be the climate change arena and we're still giving out things that are clearly single use even if they are used at all in the first place. There was another girl in line behind us and when she saw it was a pin she literally just said "eh no" and turned around. This could've been done so much better maybe a koozie for the $6 can of Pepsi you'll buy while being here...

The food or lack there of. I'm vegan and the thing I was most excited about going here for was the impossible test kitchen. It was closed. Ok no big deal there's a stand that sells dough joy donuts that sounds good! That was closed as well. What about the place with the veggie bowls? You guessed it! Closed! Everything I tried to go get was closed. I went to 6 stands to try and just get a snack from what I saw on your own guide and it was all shut down. There are no options for fountain drinks instead there are vending machines with 12 ounce cans of Pepsi products that are $5.50 or $7.50 for a small bottle of metallic water or you can really go all out and get a $12 rockstar which is $1.25 at dollar tree. I understand stadium pricing but for a venue that gives the vibes of sustainable and hip this was so disappointing!

The layout is a Trainwreck trying to get anywhere is weird and confusing the employees had no clue and I was given the wrong instructions to my seat. It's not like most stadiums where you have a level 1-3 instead they have a lot of weird cut through and getting out was so strange since everyone had no clue where to get out. In certain sections you could basically only get there via elevator so getting out was just bizarre. It seemed like there were multiple technical issues during the show itself as well which is mildly concerning.

Outside merch booth had items that you couldn't even bring into the venue?! Why why can't you just bring a sealed vinyl that you bought? They had tote bags that were not able to be used. Literally what the absolute heck is wrong with this venue.

I went in excited and hopeful and left disheartened. I had bought kraken tickets as well but I've already just listed them back with ticketmaster which sucks because I'm new here and...

The arena is gorgeous, they pack a lot into a small space. Once you walk in, you're practically in the seats at the 100 level, walkways are cramped. It's nice and spacious in the 0 level. However, everywhere employees seemed to be under trained.

Before entering, I had an issue with Ticketmaster pulling up my ticket. I asked a guy with an information sign where the box office was. He said I didn't need it, there was a customer ticket resolution desk just inside security, I needed to go inside. I get through security and the people manning the ticket stand directed me to go back out and to the box office. I was asked who sent me inside, and I mentioned the information sign holder. They sighed and apologized, then said this was a common problem and the info people outside should know better.

After seeing the gross, greasy burnt burgers that were $18, I went to get a $17 chicken sandwich during second intermission. There is no family friendly pricing here like some other stadiums and arenas. To my surprise, with another 20 minute period to go, the Big Chicken kiosk was already throwing away food! There was a whole trashcan full of toasted buns. It's basically a self serve and self check out. A couple other customers and myself were waiting for a "Kracken" (cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and blue cheese crumbles) to come out. All of a sudden an employee manning the self check out starts screaming the fries are ringing up $6.29 instead of $7.99. He grabs the fries out of a customer's hands. The customer asked what was wrong, and the worker shoved it back at them and said, "just take it!". Then the worker insisted the other fries sitting out and started yelling at the other workers putting the stickers on the packages of fries. He made them dump the fries into a box and make new packages with the correct sticker, using the same fries. Then one of the 3 people manning the chicken sandwiches starts yelling at me and 3 other customers waiting on the right sandwich, do we not know how things work. She tells us to pick out a sandwich and go ring it up at the self check out. We tell her we're waiting on a "Kracken". She points to the "Nashville Hot" and "Uncle Jerome" versions and states there's no need to wait when other options are available. It appears they didn't want to make more sandwiches until the ones already up were sold, hence the trashcan full of buns that weren't going to be used now. So the guy next to me walks over and picks up a fry, as the workers are dumping the wrong priced ones in the box. The other employee begins yelling at him to put the fries back, he can't have the fries with the wrong prices on them and grabs it from him. Several of us wound up leaving the kiosk. You don't yell at customers and you don't yell at your staff like that in front of customers.

If you had the 2 people monitoring the self check out ringing up customers instead like most of the other kiosks, you wouldn't have this issue. In a city where the homeless line the streets and they waste food like that was disgusting. Meanwhile, they had just been on the jumbotron and gave $32k to a local organization trying to help homeless...

Poor, dangerous experience worthy of a dive bar, not a world-class entertainment venue. Problem NOT satisfied after we contacted Climate Pledge, so I’m leaving a review here to warn others and maybe bring your hockey gear as protection if you’re seated in Section 22?

I visited the Climate Pledge Arena with my sibling for the first time on June 28, 2025 for the Run the Jewels / Wu-Tang concert. We were seated in Section 22, Seats 1 and 2 and we are huge RTJ fans and very excited to see them as the opening act.

However, people kept sliding and slipping on the step. At first, we thought maybe people had partied a little too hard… but then we realized the step was completely unsecured. It was literally sliding out of place. Not only we were having to watch people hurt themselves, I was worried someone would fall on my sibling. We weren’t able to enjoy RTJ’s act due to this dangerous distraction. My sibling left to speak to two different security people, but no one resolved the issue. My sibling left a second time, and also texted the guest experience line (image attached).

Once staff finally appeared, they didn’t have the right hardware to fix the step (they picked up the entire step; it was entirely unbolted). So a staff member was tasked to stand directly by my sibling seat and tell people to “watch their step” (which was distracting), and people still tripped (also distracting.)

We eventually went to ticket resolution and got new seats in an area with only concrete steps, but at this point, RTJ was over. We thought we deserved a partial refund.

After some phone tag in the days following, Lauren from Climate Pledge admitted fault but told us to pound rocks regarding our partial refund request, in part because we’d purchased from StubHub (not sure what that has to do with the price of tea in China, as StubHub didn’t leave the stair unbolted)? We were offered an “enhanced experience” at our next CP event. Maybe that means clowns sliding down the stairs instead of normal people falling? Hard pass.

Lauren’s email: Thank you for taking my call today and providing me with more insight on your experience. To recap our conversation, the stair noted was fixed the night of the show. It had not been accurately placed following the conversion from our basketball set up the night before, once our Operations team received your text message, they dispatched a manager to correct the issue. I wanted to thank you again for taking the time to report your concern so we could address it and I am glad we could relocate you to a comparable seat that evening. As mentioned on the phone, while we are unable to offer a partial refund, I am happy to offer the both of you an enhanced experience at the next event you attend (valid until 6.28.2026). I know you mentioned not having an interest in returning in the future, but should that change, please note an enhanced experience looks different from event to event. Please let us know if you purchase tickets to a future event and I will see what options I have available to ensure your next time here with us...
