I bought a $68 backpack and was not told that it would not hold anything over 5lbs. As I was walking through the airport, the first strap broke. By the time I got to my plane, the second strap broke. I called to tell them about it and was told it was a "decorative" backpack and they would not be ordering them anymore. $68 down the drain. I wish someone...

Great store, not so great with the hat I bought - "GANESH HIMAL, Made in Nepal". I asked the staff how to wash it and was assured that hand washing in cold water and air drying would not induce shrinkage. WRONG! This beautiful hat not only shrunk, but the vibrant color faded out. Mind you, I used a drop of Woolite Dark detergent. ONE hand...

What a gem of a store! You can find a pretty wide variety of authentic, beautiful items from around the world here. It was a pleasant surprise to find this shop in Pike Place. We picked up a Turkish lamp, which was specially ordered from a workshop in Turkey for this store.
