CM Chicken Seattle — Restaurant in Seattle

Arguably the best korean fried chicken restaurant in Seattle. The chicken was juicy, fried super well, and the service was very friendly. I highly recommend getting their garlic spicy!

Some feedback for management/owner for future improvement! The menu was a bit confusing... both on the TV and the paper version. I highly recommend simplifying the menu down, making it clear which flavor is recommended/customer favorite. It wasn't clear what "Big 3" was and the options below that. There were even more items and selections available in the other side of the menu, so I highly recommend making it clear or even simplifying the options for customers. There were many color options too, and it was unclear why some flavors were highlighted red vs. yellow. It would also be nice to cycle through the TV version of the menu faster. Lighting was very cool, bright white. It could help with food aesthetics + atmosphere vibe to use a warmer light. Perhaps even ambient lighting would be nice

Otherwise, I am recommending this place to all my friends. I think this place will be popping off after the academic year starts at UW. This was super high quality, and I genuinely hope this place maintains the high quality and service over time (many past fried chicken places on the ave and capitol hill area went down hill). Wishing the utmost success for this...

Loved it. Knew this chain when I went to Florida and snow wings was all I remembered. 🫡 When I saw CM I never jumped so fast to come in and ordered the snow wings to go.

Did not disappoint at all since the chicken from CM as always is super crispy, huge and that special snow onion sauce they doused on their chicken is to die for.

So had to come back to dine in and gosh you gotta dine in here so you can experience the freshly fried crispness of the chicken. Giving it a 4 stars because maybe the dining in experience compared to Florida is just a tad behind here. Not sure if handing out gloves, bone bucket or having certain menu items such as cheese sauce, or snow onions on the side to order is just a Florida thing.

Coming back and trying the other flavors for sure but you can't go wrong with...

TL;DR Food was good but gave me horrible stomachache and cramps.

Went here with some friends on a Sunday night. Ordered the sampler platter with 6 different flavors. We got mild garlic spice, curry, soy garlic, snow onion, cheese monster, and hot honey. Overall the food taste was 4/5. Flavorful wings with a good crunch. However, I could not sleep at night because the food gave me horrible stomachache with cramps… I thought maybe it was just a bad day for me but the next day I had some left overs again and again I could not sleep because of bad stomachaches and cramps. This lasted probably for 36 hours… This also happened to my other friends who tried it too. Sad to say I prob won’t come back even though the chicken...
