had been really excited to try a seattle dog for a while and finally got it here this was an incredible hot dog i have to say probably the best hot dog i've ever had

starting with the buns, these were toasted perfectly the outside had a perfect brown toasted look that felt just hard enough, but the inside was unbelievably soft - these were some really high quality buns was really impressed with how well these tasted

moving to the sausage itself, one thing that was quite surprising was the overall size of the meat it was too long to fit in the bun on both ends - which I appreciated as it was clear they weren't trying to skimp you on the portion of meat. This was cut in half - which I also liked as it made eating it easier The level of grilling on this was perfect - there were char marks on either side providing clear flavor but definitely not burned. It had a definite 'grill' flavor but also remained quite juicy and enjoyable to eat

The vegetables (mostly onions) were really good as well. I know there was a lot of oil put on them, but these were also grilled to a really good level and were super crunchy with the oil imparting a lot of flavor

Lastly, the cream cheese was fantastic. The one food-based gripe I have with this was I wish there was more cream cheese spread on both buns, as I couldn't taste it that often, but when I could taste it - it really brought everything together, acting like a perfect sauce. I love this combination of cream cheese + onions + the hot dog

I will say that this was a little expensive - coming in at about 10 dollars with tax For a meal that's really not going to fill you up much, that's a lot Given that it is a hot dog, the portion size was relatively good, however

This would get a lot higher of a score if it was a) filling enough or b) economical enough to get two of them

Overall, an incredibly flavorful hot dog - only missing a slight amount in price and portion size, but considering that this is street food, I couldn't expect anything better in terms of...

Simple straightforward menu. Clean surrounding area. Live music playing from a nearby stand. I deducted one star because the worker did not give his full attention because he was paying attention to his phone.

Also, we ordered the Seattle hotdog, which comes with cream cheese but had to search for it in the dog and in my tastebuds. I ended up going back to add condiments. Either way it really was delicious. The wiener had a nice bite to it (it wasn’t a soft wiener like many other hotdogs). The bun was perfectly soft. The temperature of the dog was hot-off-the-grill warm because they grill the dog right when you order it. There were lots of condiments to choose from at no extra cost. At the time we went they had sauerkraut, different kinds of mustard, different varieties of hot sauce, ketchup, and mayonnaise. They also may have had chipotle sauce and sour cream if I remember correctly.

There are chairs and small aluminum tables that fit a couple of people at each table located on the left side of the stand. We sat on the one wooden larger table bench nearest to the park grass facing the front of the stand.

The one seagull we saw did not disturb us eating. It’s a clean area. You may want to not that we did see one man who looked unkept in appearance but he did not bother us. It’s a safe surrounding area with just a couple of steps away from the space needle.

There are also more places to eat in a food court close by (opposite end of the hot dog stand) called Armory (hopefully that’s the correct spelling/name). There are also more stands/stores nearby kind of like a farmers market feel.

We didn’t see restroom signs. Ended up going to the Armory Food court to use...

VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE, so let me start off by saying I went their with my little nephew ( he's 13, but has a developmental disorder, so he has the mind of an 8yr old). We order our food, and my nephew ( I'll just say T for privacy reasons), T is a smart kid despite his disorder and T is also interested in opening his own hotdog food truck one day, so I thought this would be the perfect place to take him! He starts by asking the cook a couple of questions, one went along the lines of " Aye, do you run this place by yourself? " He asked this question 2 - 3 times in a row because he doesn't understand to wait and allow a person to respond back with an answer. Well the cook was VERY unpleasant, he starts by shouting " NO, NO, NO" sort of mocking the amount of times he asked, and then not even a few minutes after he put the hotdogs on the stovetop, he slams them down on the counter ( they were still lukewarm when we bit into them, not even close to being warm or having a nice steamed bun to go along with). Then while I was handing the hotdog to T, the cook says " Aye, Aye, Aye, Aye, you see how it feels? My name isn't Aye!" T starts to get red and look away, he hands me the hotdog and stands behind me, sort of trying to hide behind me" I glare at the cook and lead T away, I try to get T to eat his hotdog, but he said he wasn't hungry anymore, and frankly I can't blame him. This was one of the worst customer service I've received and I too also work in the food industry. If you go here be wary of the young...
