Little local market with decent hours. A man approximately in his 30s waited on us. We were visiting from out of town and purchased $35 worth of drinks, snacks and candy to take back to our hotel. The cashier tried cramming all our items into a far too small and very thin paper bag (think liquor store paper) and in the process started mashing down and crushing couple of bags of chips in an attempt to get it to all fit. As he tried to slide the bulging bag across the counter things were falling out of the top and the side began to rip slightly where the edge of a can of soda had pierced through. This was to be carried approximately 1/2 a mile. I literally said " I'm sorry but could we trouble you for a couple more bags it looks like this won't quite hold all those items and the bag is started to tear". The cashier looked at me clearly irritated and silently flung two bags across the counter at us and turned around and kept his back to us until we left. Never has individual sodas, literally zero, Arizona iced tea, milk - any non-alcoholic beverages in cooler. Less than a minute walk, west on Pine you’ll get good service, selection and even a smile at...
