Canceling was unnecessarily difficult, took several months, and the staff were rude and dismissive. My efforts to contact the studio were met with technical issues, under-staffed front desks, and a lack of professionalism, with staff implying that I hadn’t done enough to cancel an obviously unused membership. DO NOT PURCHASE PACKAGES FROM THE APP- the app has bugs! I purchased a package as it was advertised through the app and got an error saying my payment didn’t go through! So I tried the second time and it worked! I have been now charged twice (over $600) and Pure Barre doesn’t take any accountability for their app errors! Please be cautious!
