I went in for my appointment last week, not knowing exactly what to expect. I was not aware of how the clinic operated but that is not the problem.
During the process we discussed treatment options (injections or creams) and I told the doctor I was not comfortable with injections. This is the first time.
As the doctor described, I would need to have blood drawn to ensure there was nothing in the medication that I was allergic to or that would harm me in any way.
Immediately after having my blood drawn, one of the other doctors came into the room with an iPad to discuss payment options for the medication. Specifically the injections (that is the second time I had to tell them I was not comfortable with the injections). The doctor continued to map out my payment plan which confused me. I just had blood drawn to make sure I could take the medication, but furthermore to see if I EVEN NEEDED IT.
I received a call today to discuss my results and again discuss the payment plan for the INJECTIONS!
I have no confidence in this medical facility or its employees. They did not listen to anything I was saying in regards to the type of treatment I was comfortable with, and before even getting any of my blood work results back were itching to get my money and sign me up.
This is not acceptable and is not how a doctor's office should operate. At any other doctor's office I have been to, they wait for the test results before prescribing any medication. Also keep in mind, that insurance covers most medications from a traditional doctor, while at this clinic it is out of the patients pocket so clearly this facility is more concerned with striking while the iron is hot with their patients money rather than performing their duty as medical...
Read moreAs a client of Revibe Men's Health (formerly Universal Men's Clinic) for nearly five years, my experiences have been absolutely top-notch. Their staff is very accessible, patient, and informative, and always willing to go above-and-beyond to ensure I have great service and treatment. Whether working with their care coordinators, doctors, or office staff, and working on a number of issues over the years, my treatment results have been great, they've supported me in all ways needed, and I always feel they give me every bit of time necessary to answer all questions to my satisfaction. They also have always been willing to work directly with my primary physician on questions and issues where communication was needed.
Never having had treatment at a private clinic, I was a little uncertain about treatment before originally signing up with them, but they have totally proven themselves worthy, professional, and effective.
I would strongly recommend Revibe to any man in need of the "aging male" services they provide.
Is there a cost? Yes. Is it worth it? Absolutely. Every cent. My life has been significantly improved by Revibe and its great staff of medical...
Read moreI truly don’t get the 5 star reviews bombarding this google page and question them.
Been on T for 8 years and was essentially forced to use this clinic after I moved to Seattle 2 years ago.
Prospective client beware, this place doesn’t get it right and very transactional and ignorant about hormone optimization.
Patients/consumers have a lot of options now.
I switched to a high-end and highly customized medical company who informed just how many mistakes and blind spots this clinic left me in.
The reductive blood panel Revibe would run bi-annually was subpar and missed major issues I have been feeling and experiencing on TRT.
The new company I am working with ran extensive panels and illuminated major endocrine issues which had significant and acute side effects in which I never felt confident sharing with anyone at Revibe given how many mishaps I was already having with them and my treatment plan.
There are a lot more virtual/online Testosterone and peptide/hormone optimization companies out there now who will provide stellar care and customized patient support.
I never found that at Revibe with my 18 months contractual...
