An adorable and whimsical shop filled with a plethora of creative merchandise, filled with playfully imaginative designs. Few things are inexpensive here, but the prices are not overwhelming considering the location in downtown Seattle, and the objects sold are of very high quality. Deliberate and thoughtful work and artfulness clearly went into the development of these objects, both in their design and in their physical craftsmanship. The employees at the store are very considerate and knowledgeable: one of them was from the United kingdom, and I talked to her a bit about Scotland, as I had done my masters there. I purchased a little turtle magnet for myself and a more expensive ornament of a sloth embracing the Space Needle as a gift: the latter is a particularly charming piece of Seattle memorabilia. An associate instead replaced the gear. We then took it home where the mechanism immediately failed again. We returned to the store yet again and asked for store credit. We were told that we could contact the manufacturer for replacement parts. There are many adorable products and interesting kits in this store but unfortunately the management is such that we...
