Barsala by the Ferris wheel — Hotel in Seattle

My car caught on fire on the way here and I needed to stay longer and they made sure I had a place to stay until I got a new car even though my reservation had ended.  I really felt like I was in good hands. The team (especially Ron) responded quickly anytime I needed him and I felt they put a lot of effort to make sure I had the best stay I could. The team was very helpful every step of the way and I had no trouble when I got to the location. Bathrooms were stocked, sheets were fresh, dishes were clean. No mess anywhere. The location I stayed at in Seattle was really close to the Pike Place Market and a plethora of dining options. Everyone at Barsala was super responsive and helpful. Easy check in; the door has a code you use to enter/lock. It was nice not to have to keep up with a door key. Great location by Pike Place Market. Easy to walk to everything! I loved the text messages and emails for communication. The place was very clean! I appreciated the complimentary bottle of water.
