I witnessed some of the most embarrassingly bad customer service from what appears to be the owner of this place. I watched this woman scream at a customer and her young child for being too close to another customer. I get that this pandemic makes people feel on edge, but she was so unbelievably rude to a freaking kid no more than 5 years old. Anyone in business should understand there are better ways to interact with customers. I vowed to never shop here, no product is worth that sort of treatment. I hope whoever owns this shop hears this message loud and clear. Sunny Honey Company makes their honey in the most delightful way! The staff person I met at Pike Place was very informative and so polite and she sure knew her honeys!!!
