This was my first time to Seattle, and I came here last night with my lifelong best friend, whom I haven't seen in over 20 years. We wanted to do something fun together, and neither of us had ever been on a haunted tour, so it seemed like something fun to do in October.
We registered for the extended tour and began at the Four Seasons atop Elliot Bay, where we were greeted with a fantastic view of the water and city. Our tour guide Alicia gave us a history of Seattle before leading us to Post Alley, where she told us about one of the city's first serial killers and showed us the apartments that are still in use today.
Then she led us through the alley where we saw the bubblegum wall, Market theater, and the Butterworth Building, the city's first mortuary service. She told us the violent history behind that location and how they helped the serial killer get away with murder before explaining how and why it was so violently haunted.
Exiting the alley, we continued to Moore Theater and Hotel, where we learned it was built on a burial ground and how large the hill was before it was constructed.
There were several other places she led us to, explaining the history all the way and answering any questions I had about the city or the buildings. She very very knowledgeable about her city and engaged in the tour.
What I loved most about this tour was that there weren't campy acts, but all history. The website clearly states you may or may not see a ghost. I'm spiritual but skeptic, and though there were no spirits making a presence, I had a great time learning the history behind the city on a beautiful cold evening with no rain. I got to share this piece of history with my best friend, and Alicia made a 20 year reunion very special for me. And she made me appreciate my first time in an unknown city.
My recommendation is not to go expecting to see ghosts, but to enjoy the moment, appreciate life, and learn from the experience. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who has never been to Seattle.
Oh, but wear some comfortable shoes for walking. There are a lot of hills...

As a Halloween fan, I'm always looking for a good ghost tour and I thought the Seattle Terrors Ghost Tour would be an exciting adventure. Was I wrong! The tour was a complete flop, showcasing not the spooky haunts of Seattle but the terrifying reality of a company that's lost its way.
BORED BEYOND BELIEF: The ghost stories lacked zest and the guide seemed to be reciting a script they'd learned just an hour before. The ghosts of Seattle must've been bored to death, again.
CUSTOMER SERVICE NIGHTMARE: After the disappointing tour, I reached out for a refund but got tossed around in email limbo. The lack of care and understanding was horrifying. They offered a free tour instead of a refund, but why would I want to relive that nightmare?
ALL ABOUT THE MONEY: It's clear Seattle Terrors is more interested in pocketing our dollars than providing a memorable experience. Their disregard for genuine customer satisfaction is the true terror here.
BETTER OPTIONS NEARBY: Seattle has a competitive market for ghost tours. A quick search will lead you to alternatives with far better reviews and a genuine passion for creating a memorable experience.
In a nutshell, save your time and money. Avoid the ghastly disappointment that is the Seattle Terrors Ghost Tour and opt for any of the other REPUTABLE Ghost Tours in the city. Your wallet and your family...

Michael's skill in adopting various characters and voices brought the spooky and sinister tales to life, making each story more vivid and engaging. His dramatic flair didn't just recount the history; it immersed us in it, providing a captivating lens through which to view the city's seedy underbelly.
Embarking on this tour on our first night in Seattle proved to be an excellent decision. It set the tone for our trip, offering a fascinating introduction to the city's history and a foundation for further exploration. While the tour was a standout experience, the desire for a more interactive adventure lingers. The possibility of actually entering some of the historical sites mentioned and participating in a more hands-on, ghost-hunting experience is tantalizing. Such an immersive extension to the tour would be worth an additional investment, offering a deeper, more tangible connection with the eerie tales of Seattle. Nonetheless, the tour as it stands is an exceptional and highly recommended way to delve into the city's mysterious and...
