I wanted this place to be good and I tried a few times. My cuticle was cut badly twice on my thumb causing so much bleeding the nail polish was turning red. They acted like it was no big deal. The first time it happened the nail got infected. Puffy for weeks. This time, I stopped them and asked they clean it out properly. The manager gas lit me and said I was dirty and that’s why it gets infected. Not their fault (although they cut my cuticle……) Just a really negative experience. Don’t tell me it’s my fault my nail is bleeding and puffy when you cut it. Once I understand. Twice, it’s my fault for coming back. **update on my cuticle they cut completely off. Day one after injury photo. There was no apology for this. No refund offered. I was blamed for having “too much cuticle”

I went here on Monday evening, three days ago. Given the location and ratings, I expected more from this salon. Staff- they were friendly to me. However I did notice they didn’t acknowledge people who walked in and just left them standing there so that was rude. But personally I had no issues. Quality- my nails do look lovely but there’s some issues. The fill is not done properly, as you can tell by the gap that is not filled in. And the polish is chipping and cracking. With tip included I paid 70$ for what? I have to find a new salon and get my nails fixed.

I called for a last minute appointment and they got me in right away, I ran a little late because of game day parking which made her run into her next appointment by about 15 minutes, although in a hurry she did not compromise the quality of the job one bit. This is one of the best sets I’ve had in a very long time. Attention to detail is off the charts, my nails are perfectly even, no lumps bumps or bubbles and the color is perfectly opaque and shape is perfect!

I had to call the police, the health department, and the better business bureau after my experience today (9/9/2020).

I went to Westview Nails to try and take my mind off my mom being in surgery and was violated by the salon in multiple ways.

This business commits credit card fraud, falsely advertises their prices, and 3/4 employees in the salon were NOT WEARING MASKS. There was also a screaming 5 year old child running around (not wearing a mask) during the entire time I was there.

MASKS: The owner did not wear a mask the entire time I was there. Nor did his wife or son. The State of Washington requires a mask to be worn. My technician wore a mask for 80% of my services, but took it off just as she was about to massage my hands. I was mortified. I have reported this to the local health authorities and the police.

CUT TWICE: My technician, Yen, cut me so badly I bled TWICE.

False advertising of prices: the salon has a list of prices above their cash register. They up charge you claiming that there are others signs’ stating prices have changed on the window of the salon. This is an illegal practice.

CREDIT CARD FRAUD: Because my experience was not professional, unsafe, and the owner refused to honor their clearly listed prices, I paid $75.00 plus zero tip (as a tip is for good service). I got back to my hotel to find that the salon charged me $90 instead of the $75.00 I signed for. The front desk of my hotel called the police to file a report on my behalf. The fact that a local business commits credit card fraud on top of horrible and unsafe service is awful. I will be taking legal action against this salon and will let the better business bureau know if this...

The overall service was good enough, but we were given some “skin softening “services that were not requested and then the guy at reception insisted that we owe them $15 more, making it $50. When my friend complained about this, the woman working on my toes, literally lied to me and said that my friend comes here in here all the time - this was her first visit - and was just being crazy. She then insisted that I tell my friend she was out of line. I ended up paying $50 for something that was supposed to be $35. I liked the skin softening… I would’ve preferred to have been given a choice and I really don’t like feeling manipulated. I live in the area, but I certainly will...
