Looked forward to visiting Copper Works but we were very disappointed. 4 of us went there on Saturday Nov 6 and were presented with a barrel of free hand sanitizers, which was very precious to us. Went up stairs and were impressed with the visual of the distilling operation but didn’t tour. We sat at a table directly in front of the 3/4 servers behind the bar. Sat for a while and finally asked if we needed to approach the bar for recognition or if someone is coming. “Oh yah, we are just dividing up our workload”. We asked for two flights of their pours and got what we asked for, we guess? He brought two sample carriers with four pours each. He mumbled out what each plastic cup held, and walked away. No spec sheet of each whiskey gin or vodka being presented. So trying to guess what each one was was ‘difficult’. Tried to ask and something was mumbled out again. Absolutely no pride indicated or presented in their crafted liquor. Total disappointment in our experience. What could make it better? Maybe show some interest in your craft. I had researched the place before coming and saw they had an opportunity for investors to buy in. Interesting I thought, maybe a couple thousand? Hah, not after our experience. We did grab a malted vodka. Delicious. Probably the last we will purchase. Too much competition out there to become loyal to an...

Copperworks Distilling Company was the perfect location for our client event in March of 2023. We were looking for a unique intimate location to hold a client event while attending a conference in Seattle. We immediately found Copperworks and knew this was the perfect place. The team members that we worked with provided exceptional service and truly displayed their passion for their craft.

During our event, we had a recommended caterer from Copperworks and everything went so smooth. Our clients enjoyed the tasting of their spirits and most of all they enjoyed the tours of the distillery. Clients responded with how they really enjoyed the educational aspect of the event and felt they could really network with our team and others within the smaller event compared to other events going on during the conference.

Copperworks Distilling Company is a top-notch distillery with great tasting spirits. They are a must visit for any Seattle visitor and the perfect location for any corporate event.

Thanks again for the great service...

We found ourselves at Copperworks on a rainy Friday afternoon, and the attention to service their team provided was exceptional. Initially, we were planning on partaking in their evening tour, but our travel didn't allow us to do so. But never fear, the experience we had was still incredible. Paul educated us on each spirit and the company's history - his passion was evident. Their customer service went above and beyond to accommodate each of our preferences. We decided to purchase and ship a few selections back home to Nebraska, and it was a fabulous deal. I highly recommend purchasing the tasting flights if you desire to take bottles home! Our shipment was prompt and intact, and the bottles were well-packaged to ensure quality upon arrival. Overall, I would highly recommend their shop, and I look forward to visiting their Kenmore location. A huge shoutout to Paul for going above and beyond for us and offering to take some photos to commemorate our visit - he is a fantastic...

On a day when heavy rain poured down, I decided to take shelter at a place I had been wanting to visit for quite some time. Inside, I found beautiful distillation equipment and a variety of spirits. I signed up for a whiskey tasting session and sat down to cleanse my palate with water before enjoying four different types of whiskey. It’s always such a delightful experience. I had brought along some Royce Chocolate, which paired wonderfully as I listened to the friendly explanations from Host Jack. It was a pleasant time, and I would recommend taking a break here during a busy travel schedule. For companions who are light drinkers, cocktails are available, though I didn’t check if there were non-alcoholic drinks for those who don’t drink at all. That’s something I wish I had looked into so I could share more helpful information!

*AMAZING*!!! Small, generally well liked by critics, but still *under-rated*! Their malts are *FANTASTIC*, complex, and distinctive! Flight price is taken off if you buy a bottle! Tasting room is an ideal mix of Elegant and Casual. Staff are super knowledgeable and insanely helpful (and efficient). They had a MOST EXCEPTIONAL "sherry bomb" from a 200 YO Sherry (Solara, I assume) cask that was slightly-tempting at $200 but I got the Red-Wine expression for about 1/3 the costs (after assuming "retail" on the flight). Oether Reviews noting "high" prices are not entirely wrong, but I have 9 bottles from a trip to Scotland, and I think they are "on par" with equivalent unusual bottleings!
