This is a pizza place I've been looking forward to trying for a good amount of time. It's tough to get to because it closes at 6, and its not open on Sunday, which means the only options or Saturday or a small window of time on the weekdays. I was able to make it in about 30 minutes before they closed

I got the pepperoni pizza, while adding black olives and pineapple. I think this pizza had some very good aspects, but it had a major issue that prevents it from being great

On the positive side, I thought the top-side of the pizza was pretty great. It had the perfect amount of cheese and sauce combination, and everything was melted really well. The toppings were also really good - especially the pepperoni - which was perfectly cupped. The olives and pineapple were also nice

For about 3/4 of the pizza, the crust was fine, albeit lacking some char on the bottom. The problem was when I got to the higher end of the crust. It started to become incredibly chewy at this point, and by the time I got to the cornicione, it was completely inedible. This section was burnt so much that after I attempted a couple bites, I gave up and left the pizza how it is

I paid about $8 for my slice, with a couple toppings. For a pizza slice, it's on the expensive side - although the ability to choose your own toppings is nice

Overall, most of this is very good but the crust keeps it from being...

Really delicious pizza! Stopped by our first time in Seattle and loved it so much we decided to come back. The young woman who handed out my food was a bit rude, making it clear with her tone how inconvenienced she was by my waiting outside for my food, despite the fact that during my last visit this was where I was asked to wait. I even heard her commenting to another customer, “Thank you for actually waiting by the register for your order.” A comment which made a coworker across the room laugh which signaled to me that this is a common annoyance they must discuss anongst themselves.

I think if the workers are so winded and put out by extra steps when having to serve customers waiting for their order, there should definitely be more clear signage or an order of operations to avoid confusion and petty remarks from unprofessional young adults. While I understand the frustration of customers who don’t follow instructions, I think it’s important to remember they cannot read minds.

Again, delicious pizza! And located in a cute alley corner, perfect for new memories....

I have to say, Post Alley Pizza is one of the best pizza places I've tried in Seattle. From the moment I walked in, I felt at home. The rustic decor, the warm lighting, and the friendly staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable.

The pizza itself was amazing. The crust had the perfect balance of crispy and chewy, and the toppings were generous and bursting with flavor. I was impressed by the variety of options available, from classic pepperoni to more unique combinations like fig and prosciutto.

But what really stood out to me was the attention to detail. The staff clearly take pride in their work, and it shows in every aspect of the dining experience. From the quality of the ingredients to the care taken in preparing the pizza, everything was top-notch.

All in all, I would highly recommend Post Alley Pizza to anyone looking for a delicious and memorable meal in Seattle. It's clear that the people behind this place truly care about what they do, and it makes all...

Restaurant area is dope and has a nice "city" feeling. That's all the praise it's getting though, got a cheese slice that looked mouth watering good, until you take a bite and a wave of saltyness hits ur mouth and now you regret not buying a drink from the front... Might look like new York pizza but definitely does not have the taste. 5/5 for location/ feeling, 5/5 for service; I got the pizza quick and they had seasonings in front of the pickup area, 2/5 for the pizza because it was to salty, but had a decent amount of marinara sauce to push through and finish it. Sorry post alley but Mario's NYC slices are better. Cheese slice is 5 bucks btw so about the same price as slices in NYC. If you do wanna go there with a car, I recommend parking in the alley sense it's low-key and the police won't go there to give tickets. (My review and opinions are based only on the cheese pizza slice, you might have a different experience with other varieties of pizza here!)
