In the course of that 3-4 months, I spoke to Josh Campbell once, and that was in April to terminate Dublin Law Group's services. I contacted Charles at Phillips Law Firm in April. When Phillip Law Firm finally received my case information from Dubin Law Group, I was informed that Josh Campbell never filed an official claim form with the USPS. From December 2024 to April 2025, My fiduciary, My Attorney, Josh Campbell and Dubin Law Group, never filed an official claim? I was flabbergasted! Phillips Law Firm has updated my claim, and I'm on the road to immediate recovery and compensation. In a 1 month time span, Phillips Law Firm has given me expedient, effective and practical support. Kamryn and my case manger, Robyn, provide me with timely and informative case updates. The truth needs to be told. The Dubin Law Group advertisements are false, and Dubin Law Group is a negligent Fiduciary. Was in an accident on March 9, 2024. Was rear ended in a roundabout by someone not paying attention.

Looked at several attorneys online and called a couple, decided to go with Phillips law firm because they sounded fair for their % of the case money.

Their follow up is OK. Not stellar and had to follow through. Never did once talk with an actual Attorney, just assistants and/or Paralegals, which is fine if I'm kept informed and in the loop.

Which they did, they gave me their best advice on when to settle, sent me the settlement breakdown....

And it does take time with insurance companies, over a year for me to conclude this.

My settlement check was mailed out on July 2, 2025.

So that was from March 9, 2024 to July 2, 2025, for a time frame.

Overall I'd say Philips Law Firm did a fair. Good job. Only the people answering the phones (Assistants/Paralegals) seem to be not happy about talking to clients.

I do understand they probably get yelled at ALOT by unhappy, impatient clients wondering where there money is, but I knew it would be a long haul.

Like I stated, I thought they were fair and processed my settlement as agreed upon, had me go through some massage therapy.

I was satisfied with their results and follow up.

Could have been a little more timely getting back to me, but when I asked they did follow through.
