Came here with my wife and two kids for some breakfast. The place was pretty empty, which was nice for us. Wait staff was friendly and got us drinks and took our order quickly. The place seems very clean and unique, and is attached to a bigger hall area (complete with giant moose head) which you’ll pass by if you need to use the restroom.
Our food arrived and we were eager to eat. My children both got Nutella crepes. My wife got an omelette and I got the breakfast burrito (see photo). I appreciate the chef’s artistic choice to put the guac and salsa on top of the halved burrito, but it made it harder to eat- basically have to scrape off the condiments and then apply them yourself each bite.
The burrito was hot and was pretty tasty. My potato side (home fries) was cold. My wife also had the same side and it was also cold. My wife also discovered about 75% of the way through her omelette a piece of wood, almost like an popsicle stick piece or like one of those sticks they put into steaks to tell you how done it is. It was about two inches long and 1cm wide. We showed it to the waiter and he was looking at the ceiling as if it fell from there. It was inside the omelette so that’s not possible. He said he would talk to the kitchen. He came back and basically had no explanation for what happened and said they don’t use wooden utensils. They didn’t remove the dish from our receipt, nor really apologize, which I thought was bizarre.
The total wound up being $75 for us four to eat. That includes orange juice and a cappuccino. So a bit on the pricey side. Their point of sale system showed like a $13 tip as the smallest recommended one. Kinda lame. I wound up tapping the custom button and putting in my own amount.
We’re just visiting Sedona so we won’t be back here anyway, but if we were visiting again we’ll go somewhere else for breakfast. Glad everyone else seems to love it though. My kids loved their crepes so maybe my wife and I should’ve also...

In a bit of a tourist’s town I wanted to eat as local as possible.
I decided that I was going to make this my breakfast place for the day!
From the outside you don’t really know what to expect, but the moment you walk in it’s exquisite with its luxury and upscale atmosphere.
I was a bit taken back by the cost however let’s dive right into it.
I order a Delce De Leche Crepe with added berries and home fries!
The crepe was outta this world! The flavor immediately hits and you get sweet savory immediately! The crepe’s texture is perfect with every bite there was not a change in consistency in fact I was in shock at how perfected the crepes are! The berries are fresh (strawberries/raspberries/blackberries) you can taste the freshness!!!
The crepes are definitely worth every penny!!!
But he home fries were perfect as well seasoned throughout they were not too soft or too hard just right with texture. They are made with red potatoes which is definitely the right way for home fries. Perfectly seasoned with fresh basil pink Himalayan salt Fresh cut up garlic and olive oil and possibly a few other seasonings:)
It was delicious so much so that I was unable to put the fork down!
If you’re able to splurge on yourself a bit this would be the breakfast spot to do it at.
Total for 1 crepe and side of home fries with a glass of water came out to $22.52.
Their cleanliness is amazing as it’s extremely clean and staff is quick to clean up tables when guest leave.
Such a friendly staff as well which makes the experience even more with the experience!
So I would definitely without a doubt eat here again if come through Sedona!
Definitely recommend for all...
Read moreSo the food the staff service was wonderful. However this review is strictly for the owner of the restaurant who felt the need to be so rude and highly unprofessional. We were given a smaller table for a party of eight and our plates were stacking up quickly. With all the congestion on the table a member of my party decided to give the plates to a staff member who happened to be the owner. The owner was quite upset because he was helping someone else at the time. After this, the owner angrily went into the kitchen, started speaking loudly with his staff, was storming the restaurant, decided to roll his eyes at our table, and better yet not even say goodbye to us when we left. Instead he continued to roll his eyes and await for us to leave.
As an owner of Mexican food chain Filibertos, I am shocked and extremely disappointed at the way this situation was handled. The restaurant industry isn’t just about food, it’s also about graciousness and hospitality which this restaurant owner seems to heavily lack. Owning a food joint should come with immense pride not a sulky/rude attitude. I would advise the restaurant owner to work on his ego, everything else will really work out for his business if that happens.
Before leaving the restaurant I was sure to thank the owner and say goodbye (because that’s what gracious restaurant owners do) , but instead I was given a silent wave and another eye roll. I think it’s the case that some people in the restaurant industry have an ego bigger than their restaurant. In any case, I think it’s worth sharing this exchange as I hope it doesn’t happen with...
