The espresso was sour. 2 star espresso. I would not have it again. Overpriced, by a Lot.

UPDATE: This second part of my review is in response to the owner’s reply to my review. They posted a response because they knew I would receive it by email and then they deleted it so other customers cannot see it. I am attaching a screenshot picture of what they wrote. I am not even going to address them now, but rather the readers of the reviews. Whoever responded to me are wrong on so many levels I don’t even know where to begin. It is absolutely clear that they have no idea how to manage a business, nor deal with customers. They cannot even take the honest opinion, based on the experience of a customer. Of course trying to make things right, and trying to get the customer to return and give them another chance is totally out of the question for them. Here is what we ordered: It was 2 of us and we both had a dopio (2 shots of espresso) the price for each was $6 for each dopio, and not $3, as they put in their response to me, which as i already said, they deleted, so you guys cannot see it. I am also attaching a screenshot of the charge for the 2 dopios which with tax came to $13.18. I will say it Again: that is Overpriced- by a Lot. To straightforward insult their customers is not only unacceptable and unprofessional, but quite frankly it is also shocking. Terrible experience which is so sad my sister was really looking forward to come back to this place it was a highlight of her last Sedona trip. When we came in the cashier was telling a guy to get out so maybe that’s why he was all over the place? He acted like we cut another couple in line when they told us to go ahead of them. Not friendly at all. He also forgot about another persons order entirely so I was a little nervous for ours. The girl making our drinks made my sisters hot when she had asked for iced so she just poured it over ice which doesn’t taste very good it changes the milk a lot. Also tasted like soap way too much rose. Then my latte I paid extra for oat milk she asked three different times if it was whole milk to which I replied each time oat. It was not oat milk I got very bad stomach problems after not even finishing it. The staff seemed to not care and were very spacey. Terrible and overpriced. Deadly combo.

I ordered an iced latte w/ 2%milk. She said “we only have whole milk”. No 2%, 1%, skim, etc. forcing me into the $1.25 upcharge for any of the non-dairy milks. I ordered oat. I think they cut the oat milk with water, so diluted and tasteless (and yes I usually do like oat milk).

They were out of all tea. Friend then just asked for cup of hot water since she doesn’t like coffee and was met with major attitude from barista.

No sizes available… 1 size of everything.

Bottles of juice were good and we didn’t try their signature rose flavor drinks which I guess is their draw, so I gave 1 star for that.
