I love Sedona and it’s beautiful community. Every shop owner was kind and warm on my resent visit. I wish I could say the same for this establishment. I was on a family trip with my husband, 13 year old son and 3 year old son. It was our last day in Sedona and my husband wanted to gift me a necklace to end such a relaxing fun family trip. We came across this shop that had beautiful necklaces, even before we stepped in this nasty women at the counter was eyeballing my 3 year old who was admiring this beautiful butterfly piece that was on display in the window. We walked in and my 3 year old walked over to the butterfly to look at it closer. Even before he made it to the butterfly she began to yell at my son “don’t touch that! Get away from there, stop!” I kindly told her “he isn’t going to touch it, he’s looking at it.” She cut me off and began to yell at me. “No, no! Get away from there! It’s not anchored down!!!! Don’t touch!” This was a very small butterfly piece, the size of a small toy. So I was very confused as to why this very small piece needed to be “anchored down”.it was obvious, she did not want us in her shop and the whole anchored down excuse was her saying get out. Her nasty attitude and the fact that she yelled at a 3 year old is unacceptable. I simply took my son and family and walked out. This establishment is not child friendly, honestly might not be people friendly in general this owner yelled at my 3 year old for simply looking and not touching what so ever. I felt harassed honestly, it took a while for my 3 year old to stop crying because he thought he had done something wrong and that’s why that nasty lady was yelling at him. I will never return to this establishment and highly recommend any one visiting Sedona who has children stay away. Unless you want a nasty lady yelling and you and your children. You just lost a...
Read moreThe lady behind the counter (assuming the owner) immediately had a negative attitude and vibe as we walked in. She was on her phone and complaining and whining while we were shopping. I wanted to read about a stone and she proceeded with attitude and I responded. We exchanged a few times before she tried to change her attitude, too late by that point. Do not spend your money here, I’m sure all the stones are dripping with her negativity...
