The Wood Joint — Local services in Sedona

I have never as a local business owner had such a poor experience with a local business in Sedona like The Wood Joint. Their quality isn’t the problem it’s their non communication & not returning calls. They need new ownership or replace the family member that schedules appointments. I’ve wasted over 2 months with this company & too many cooks in the kitchen there. They don’t communicate project development with each other & blame it on the customer! One persons tells you one thing & another shares another conversation! Unbelievable & do yourself a favor & choose another business that values their customers. If I treated customers like this I wouldn’t have any customers! I’m in shock this is ok & not to value a past paying customer with better customer service. I won’t be removing my review! As you aren’t telling the truth you came once & our manager Cody was present & our Chef was 5 minutes late! Our manager Cody communicated all our needs clearly as I received a call from your company by the person who took the measurements that you had all the correct information & that he didn’t need to remeasure. He also communicated your company had all the notes & measurements & didn’t need to return & would update our file & email our quote. No quote or call was ever received so I recalled your business again! What a shame you have to blame the customer & maybe look at re vamping your inside communication within your company. I was a tenant in unit 7 and 8 across the driveway of the wood joint . Debbie Miller the owner of The Wood Joint was also the landlord of the small industrial park. The wood Joint was spraying paint and varnish into the environment at such a massive levels that everyone was sick and had to evacuate to building. When we discussed this matter with Debbie Miller she said we were lying and needed to move out of the complex. Debbie Miller also states that they have been spraying paint and varnish into the environment for 40 Years and that she could do what ever she wanted. We love our beautiful Wood Joint cabinets, constructed for our new custom home in Sedona. Our designer worked very closely with the Wood Joint staff to create a design that we all love. They met with us frequently during the design process and were very patient with me when choosing the cabinet stain color, since it took many samples to find our just right. They listened to our builder during the installation to meet his exacting specifications and overall made what could have been a very stressful process actually enjoyable.
