2nd Update* The owner of the store contacted me and made me feel so much better. He obviously does care about his customers and their negative experiences. He certainly made my situation better. Thank you!
UPDATE One of the managers called me back and said that he did talk to Lily and that she was severely apologetic. I bet she was because she doesn’t want to lose her job where she continues to be rude to customers! Just look at another comment that someone else posted about the girl at the print counter! I guess Office Max DOES NOT value what happens to their customers when they walk in their door after all! I WONT go back there again because I don’t want to be disrespected by Lily! I’ll look elsewhere to have my printing done! I won’t even go to Office Depot because it is owned by the same company! Just be warned if you get your printing done here and you have the misfortune to have to be assisted by Lily, expect her rude behavior! I emailed some forms that I was needing to the counter so that they could print them for me. While I was waiting in line at the counter, there were two people a head of me. Lily was helping a customer. I overheard Lily telling the customer that someone had sent multiple print jobs to them and she told them who sent them! She was bad mouthing them! She also said she was not about to do those because they sent so many in! She continued to bad mouth the customer that sent orders in to the customer she was helping! That was extremely rude and unprofessional of Lily! If she doesn’t like what she does for work, then she should find herself another job! We went here hoping to get a vinyl banner done. We were told by Wyatt that we could and was given a quote. However, we needed to make some changes to the design to make it fit and look nice. Told him we would come back the next day. He was nice and very helpful.
Came back today and unfortunately talked to a different guy because Wyatt was busy with another customer. This man was rude and not helpful at all. Told us he couldn't get it done for whatever reason and ended up just walking away without a word. How is that Wyatt could do it, but you can't?? Apparently this man has a history of being rude according to others I know who have gone to this location!!!
We ended up going to a completely different Office Max and what do you know, SHE COULD DO IT. Took her less than 5 minutes. This makes it sound like that man was just lazy and didn't even want to make an attempt to try to help us.

Read moreI've seen firsthand how the employees at this location get treated by some customers and it isn't good. As customers, we always get upset when we don't get exactly what we want or when we want it, then turn around and have a tantrum about it. I've always been taken care of when I visit this store. The other day was no exception. I ordered a piece of software online and they had it ready for me in no time. When I got home I had a problem with activation process. Went back to OM, and Kyle took care of my problem after explaining what had happened. The one thing they seem to have problem with--is sustaining their print center. They seem to have difficulty supporting the high number of requests/orders, and availability of that service. It closes about an hour before the store closes and that frustrates people. My recommendation is to not wait until the last minute or the end of the day to get your printing accomplished. The FEDEX store accross from the Forum also offers...
