The worst experience at this store. Super unprofessional. Went to return a pair of jeans that were bought on sale on black friday and knowing that there wouldn't be the same sale decided to just do a return and when going up to the front cashier the store associate was asking why I wanted to return and gave the reason and she said you can get another pair after looking at the jeans and the receipt and when I asked her if it was the same sale 40% off she said yes you can get them the same price. After spending time looking for the right pair had to stand in a 20 minute line and the same store associate said theres a $30 price difference. When I asked why she said the pair that I was returning was a clearance item and I tried to explain that it wasn't and that it was in the same area where the normal priced jeans are. She decided to be ignorant and didn't care to listen so then I said I just want to return them and she said ok sure. She looked at the receipt before and told me to go look and that was unfair and a waste of our time since we assumed we wouldn't get the same price and yet she insisted and said it would be the same price. Then she chose to be ignorant of what she said. Terrible experience and made me waste an hour...

I went three days ago to prepare for the black friday sale, and i seriously didn’t know where anything was. I asked for help and was assisted by shameira. I’m writing this review because she genuinely made my day. She was so helpful, she made sure i was good all throughout my experience, and she was down-right hilarious. You know as a 50 yr old woman it’s hard to stay up to trends with the new generation, but even if i didn’t really understand the slang and terminology she was still really funny and enjoyable to be around. I’ve also gotten their honest opinions on the jeans i tried on in the fitting rooms by Shamiera and her partner with the short curly hair and glasses. I entered this store on Sunday with my wife and 2 Grandchildren approximately 10:30 am. Within a minute we were approached by a young Caucasian woman with short dark hair. I’m assuming she was the manager.. She told us that we had to leave the store. I asked her why and she wouldn’t tell us. On the way out we heard her say that she can’t stand mixed couples.
