So I came in here today while I waited for my five watched in Movado to be prepared (I had time to shop around) and saw their bright spring colors right across and was just like let me see what’s inside. I was greeted by a lovely cashier by the name K! She was sweet spunky and made the experience enjoyable! There were about 5 other people in the area browsing and just so happen I came across this cute “candy shop 3D” bag that reminded me of one of my fave judith leiber hot air balloon purse and I was like omg this is super cute I love!!!! Your employee Darienne is 100% a life-saver and deserves ALL the kudos, if not a raise and promotion! My better half Brittany, my love, my life, and the mother of my children, she VERY rarely picks anything out for herself but she saw the New Bloom necklace and passively mentioned she liked it so naturally I simply had to get it for her.... Much to my dismay, it was already sold out online, but that didn’t stop me… I started calling Kate Spade stores, and Darienne was more than happy to go above and beyond the call of duty; after apparently making a number of calls she located one of the last examples of the necklace available anywhere at another store in Ohio and set up the order for me.... The necklace is boxed up and on its way to me, and I could not be happier. Brittany's birthday is April 4th and I know that she will be extremely surprised to get not just the necklace, but also the matching New Bloom bracelet I decided to purchase as well. I was having a great shopping experience until a very rude woman named Liane interrupted me and a very sweet shopping associate. Liane who I’m assuming is the manager approached the associate who was helping and proceeded to scold the worker very harshly in front of me and get loud with her over a cardigan she was wearing. According to Liane the workers cardigan didn’t fit the “ business casual” dress code, which I found to be a ridiculous reason to interrupt your employee as they were helping me buy a few different items. The workers cardigan seems to be very business casual, something I would wear to the office myself. After causing that whole commotion, Liane proceeded to make the employee go home for the day before she was even done helping me with my purchase.
