Worst experience ever it was my first time in a pandora I was excited looking for a Christmas gift in specific when I walk in I start looking around to see what I like once I find what I wanted I waited until someone was free to help me out. By that time someone was already in the door asking for names to put in a list mind you when I walk in their was nobody asking for names yet, I didn’t even know that you were supposed to be on list, until I saw that the ladies that were waiting outside of the door got in the store and got call by their name and they help them out fist mind you another sir and I were waiting their longer because we were waiting to someone to be free so we could help. I end up leaving because I didn’t see the point of waiting to spend my money in a place that doesn’t care about the costumer and that is racist( Yh I say racist because the other sir and I were the only Hispanics in there). I just walked in to return a bracelet, and Brittney, the manager, treated me with a very unpleasant attitude. She questioned why I didn't return it to the original location, as if it were standard procedure to ask. When I inquired about it, she replied that it wasn't. She claimed it was common courtesy to return to the original location, but true common courtesy involves treating people with respect.

The reason for my return was that my daughter received two of the same items for graduation. I strongly advise against visiting this location, especially if you encounter rude staff. Smh went to purchase a bracelet. Today wasn't crowded enough. There was only two people in the store shopping 4 people was working well I went and called it working because they was just looking at people walk in the store.
