Old Navy Outlet — Local services in Severn

Nice selection for the price, decent clothes for babies and toddlers. The whole experience was marred by a very unpleasant lady at the front cash desk. I got the feeling that her colleagues just put up with her overbearing attitude.

Raising her voice at a customer is never OK— customer was about to go to an open cashier, but the "next customer" was apparently someone else who was hanging with her friend who was already paying ; when a customer approached Miss Rude’s cash desk, she objects "NO. NO. I am Closed!! Uh-uh, I am DONE." A minute later on her way out (end of her shift) she stops to chit-chat with a younger colleague who is in the middle of checking out that same customer: "I’m gonna get me some Jeans. I don’t Need them but I’m gon’ get some." For me it is despicable behavior in any context, but especially in customer service/retail. Makes me not want to return to this store ever...

The service said this Old Navy in Laurel is absolutely horrible they have people that work there that literally follow you around the store weather you are in ritzy clothes or and dress down hobo clothes. When asking questions based off of the promotion for instance it said for every 75 you spend you'll receive a $40 coupon to come back in shop. I spent $165 so in my mind I should have had 2 $40 coupons. According to the store so see it it's based off of one transaction, which I feel like they need to put that in their advertisement because I could have broken up my purchase into two payments. For some people they offer extra coupons based off of their interaction and other people they don't even give a coupon which I noticed in my line. The management team is not very helpful either. But it is a neighborhood Old Navy, maybe I'll go to the one in...

Came here to pick up an order. The employees were really helpful and friendly without being overbearing. The prices have gone up!! $50 sweaters and $80 jackets. I remember when Old Navy was much more affordable. Prices didn’t correspond to it being an “outlet” at all in my personal opinion. I love their jeans and basics so I went straight to clearance. This is also a much bigger store than I’m used to which can be a good or bad thing. Plenty of things are discounted but still pricey depending on your budget. The kids and clearance section is large and the mens section had a ton of options so that’s also a plus. I would recommend...
