I had a worst experience in this store last week. I bought suit pants from here and the day I wore for the function the stitching from the bottom of pants came out. I wore it only once and I went to the store after that for an exchange or return, but the store manager, the mexican one, she claimed to be the manager was very rude and told me that there is nothing they can do if tags are taken out and I totally understand that. If I washed it or wore it so many times, it’s understandable that return cannot be processed. The mexican girl offered me worst service and told me you can go ahead call customer service to resolve the issue as she didnt care and I will not recommend this store to my friends or family even though the store collection was really good. I recently visited the Express Factory Outlet Arundel mills Maryland . The team was very nice and very friendly, which I truly appreciate. However, I was disappointed with the trouser sizing. I bought size — the size I always wear — but when I tried them at home, they didn’t fit. When I went back to explain, I was told there was nothing they could do.I didn’t gave my refund , I left.

The shirt quality also didn’t meet my expectations. Even though prices are lower than retail, the overall value didn’t feel worth it for me.

Because of this experience, I’ve decided I won’t be returning, but I do want to thank the staff for being kind and helpful...

My children and I have shopped at Express for several years but this is the first time at this location and I was very angry and disappointed. My sons were browsing the store as I went into the dressing room and when I returned my sons informed me that a particular associate followed them around the store. As they were telling me what happened she appeared again and saw me and walked away. I hate that my sons and all the other African Americans/men have to experience this type of behavior.
