Horrible experience, myself and 15 other customers waited in line for nearly 30 mins , only one cashier working and she was too busy talking about other stores to the customer she had instead of calling for help , so I spoke up and ask if anyone else was here to help her she said no just me and laughed , few minutes later she called for manager for an override , manager finally came 6 mins later , so I ask manager if she could run a register to help get everyone checked out we have been waiting forever , she said no , the girl that helps the cashier was on break and that I need to calm down and shut up , so we continued to wait and I finally walked up to the cashier and said can you please call another manager , apparently cashier did not like me asking to speak with another manager , so she got on her walky talky and said there is a lady up here demanding to speak to a manager immediately, that is not how I spoke to her but oh well , so here came same manager from earlier a long with someone else and ask if I had a problem and I said yes and explained again to her we have been waiting forever can she please get on register and help get us out of the store, she told me to leave the store , and that we have not been waiting that long , and another customer spoke up and said yes we have , so the manager confrontational with the other customer as well and ask if she was calling her a lier , at this point I and other customers were mad that we were getting treated this way, so I yelled and told the manager it should be her job to help! And again told me to leave the store ! I paid for my stuff and as I was leaving the store two other lady’s got on a register and the manager was still just standing there doing nothing ! I did tell her she should of been trained to run the register before she got a management job! No customers should ever be treated this way by the rude cashier or management , store was absolutely nasty and stuff...
Read moreI wouldn't ever recommend this store at all.. The cashier we had ( an older white guy in overalls) was past rude.. Not only does he not care abt how slow he is on cashing people out to the point where your literally standing in line for an hr or more (our wait time was an hr and 15 mins and no other worker came till 4 mins before we finally got up to the cashier) he's talking about the customers as they are in line.. We had a couple of mexican ladies in front of us and he kept trying to get them to accept what was on the screen and they didnt understand him.. So he starts hollering at them to push the accept button.. He's not trying to help in any way then tells her to learn English.. My party was ready to take him out back at this point.. But we are not done.. Its my party's turn and he checks us all out then ask if we want a gabes card but as we are not from here and don't have one where we live we declined so he tells us to accept what's on the screen we start looking at it and find out that he (the cashier) has his email on the screen as if its our email so he can get the points we didnt use but it wasn't ours so we said no we're not accepting and he said well you have to other wise you have to sign up for a card.. We said no we don't and pushed decline.. He got mad and ripped off the barcode to our receipt.. So not only can't we turn anything back in if we needed to but he can now go scan it and collect the points.. He has the nastiest attitude I've seen in awhile.. I don't know how he still has a job other then the company just don't care about there customers.. We will NEVER go back to this store even if we do come back...

...and more. Yet 1 thing particular ruined the experience for me. And that was the treatment by staff. From the moment I walked in and asked if they had motorized carts available (as I am partially h/c) and was rudely told "well if you see one then yes", then followed around the entire time, including a visit to the restroom. Considering it took me extra time to make my way thru the store due to my disability, that alone should have helped explain my time in the store. My cane in the cart should've given off vibes. Yet I was literally followed the entire time I was there...making eye contact with the same employee 6 times. I read a past review from a guy about your employees stereotyping people with tattoos, and I thought maybe that was the case as I too have quite a few. I also read of a racial incident. Not sure if the offending employees were ever reprimanded or replaced, but hitting a trifecta with being disrespectful to disabled customers is not a good reputation to have.
My opinion would be a staff overhaul. I do understand the economy and the lack of available people to employ at your business...but eventually it will hurt your business. Your employees are the face of your company. Just...
