Captain Louis Garding at Seward Water Taxis provided excellent customer service throughout our planning process for a trip to the Chiswell Islands. He was recommended to us by our contact at The SeaLife Center, so you know he's gotta be good!

We had to reschedule our trip multiple times due to weather conditions, and he was consistently understanding and professional about the changes.

Captain Garding clearly understands that Alaskan weather can throw curveballs at travel plans, and he handles these situations with the kind of flexibility that visitors to the area really need. His straightforward communication style and fair pricing make him someone I'd definitely recommend for water taxi services in the Seward area.

Louis is a great captain, very knowledgable and friendly. He has been in the area for 18 years so he is an expert! The boat is really nice and safe. Large area to stand on in the front on nice days and an enclosed, warm, comfy cabin for the cold and wet days! I would highly recommend this as a way to get off the beaten path when you...
