Levi’s Outlet Store — Local services in Somerville

They discontinued my favorite Levi jeans so I went into the Levi Store at Assembly Square in Somerville not really feeling like I had the patience to find new jeans and I was also bummed out that they weren’t making that style anymore! The minute I walked in I was greeted with a smile and please let us know if we can help you find anything? They were so nice I decided to ask for their help. They were the best! They picked out styles that were similar to what I said I liked in my previous jeans, gave me advice on what looked better, ordered the color that they didn’t have in my size. I have never been in a store and received such Friendly, Caring, Comfortable Service! Skylar and Asia should be training every Employee you hire and also deserve a raise! I left there buying two pairs of jeans and a Jacket and if they didn’t help me I know I would have left after 5 minutes. Please give them the praise they deserve! I wanted to return an item which I have bought before, and I had the shopping receipt with me. The person in charge (who claimed to be part of the management team) refused to take the pants back, as they didn’t have the price tags on them. In their return policy it states that the return item should be in its original condition, which I guess you can extend it to have the tags on. I explained that I get two or three pairs of similar pants every year, and have worn these but do not fancy how they stand. In general, the person was so inflexible, he might be right but honestly, I have never had the same experience when exchanging items before. Worst experience ever! I bought jeans from here, which had a manufacturing defect. I came back to return/exchange it. However, I was denied return/exchange even though I was within the 60 day return period. I spoke really politely with them, but the store staff were aggressive when I told them about their return policy (which was posted right next to their check-out counter) I mentioned the return policy they have posted IN THE STORE, but they said they don’t follow it and I should contact levis to do the return for me.
