I ask is this shirt with the green sticker extra 30% off? He said they change 20% now. I said ok. also I show him the military ID for 10% discount. I feel something wrong. But can’t tell what is wrong. After I paid. I check the receipt. He charged me 39.99$, but the shirt on sale 34.99$. I went to ask other nike members in store. they know the mistake he made, but not bring me to the register to fix immediately. Instead the lady telling me go to the register wait in line again. I m with my 5 years old daughter. Then I have to pick up my daughter in summer school 3:30pm. The customers line is long. Only one cashier. The lady is jump in the register to help too late. then many crew members jump in help. She may the supervisor there. Who the member help me for fix the issue is good attitude and very patient.
