Was at the store earlier this evening with my family. My daughter was so excited to purchase a Spinning Globe. We were attended to by Briana A (No. 237813) - that was what was written on the receipt.
If it was her who attended to us, I'd like to inform the Pandora Management that she was extremely rude. She did not have a pleasant demeanor about her at all and looked like she was not happy attending to us/my daughter. Not a smile on her face. Nothing! We were a little taken aback. But as my daughter very much wanted the item, we purchased it.
When we thanked her after collecting the package, she did not even acknowledge our thanks or look at us. She merely turned away. We left the store. My wife and other daughter commented that she was very rude and did not seem happy attending to us.
I went back into the store and told this person that she was very rude. She had the cheek to act surprised, saying "I was rude? Your daughter was the one who's rude." She then claimed that my daughter "threw the thing back at me" - or something to that effect! WOW! (Just to say that no such thing happened. My daughter and the rest of us were extremely polite to her throughout our time in the store, despite her sulkiness!)
Not wanting to create a scene, I repeated that she was rude and left the store. As I was leaving, I heard the other staff present asking her what happened. I wonder what other lies she must have told them.

Upon entering the store with a friend, we noticed that while one staff member was assisting a customer, three others were talking and laughing in the back of the store. After we walked around the store, no one approached us to offer assistance. After several minutes, one of the staff members who had been chatting and ignoring us, approached and inquired if we needed help. She was impatient and with no interest in assisting us. During checkout, I mentioned that I had a Pandora Rewards voucher entitling me to a 10% discount on my purchase.I asked her to help me to locate the bar code on the rewards website, she told me that she would give me discount and not to worry. However, upon reviewing my receipt after I left the store ,I realized that the discount had no been applied. This entire experience was extremely disappointing. Not only was the service poor before and during the purchase, but I also discovered that was not given the 10% discount I was entitled to. My daughter and I got to The Pandora Assembly Row Location tonight and were immediately greeted and given direction on where we could wait in the store and approximately how long and where we were in terms of which customers were in front of us. Excellent Communication. The store was packed but the four associates there handled it phenomenally. Alix assisted my daughter & I Alix helped us with exchanging and purchasing new items: We really had Alix working!! Alix didn’t miss a beat and ensured we were completely satisfied with everything. Alix took time with us and made us feel like we were the only people there. I can say that each associate from where I was standing did the same with whoever they were assisting.
