This place does not stand behind their products in the least. I bought a tumbler it was beautiful but we got caught in a rainstorm and it got wet. Next morning it was sitting beside me and I kept hearing something and the design was just peeling off. I took it back explained but the little girl states no exchanges or refunds with this smile on her face that was almost laughing at me. Which was a mistake as I was prepared to buy more things for my family. Needless to say I won't be spending and further money there. I do think they knew that the tumbler was a royal jip to whoever bought it, even if you use a cricket it will last longer than than superficial decal did. I thought it was etched into the cup had I known what it was I never would have bought it. I have to rate a 1 star! It was going to be a 5 star since I really loved the store. The reason it’s a 1 star is because an employee a short Hispanic women with tied down black hair accused my daughter of stealing! She told me that she had put something in her pocket and I grabbed my daughter in front of her and checked her back pockets and nothing then I checked her front and her jeans didn’t have pockets in the front! Then she claimed that she threw it on the floor and I said to show me where and she couldn’t so I asked my daughter where was she and she said I was by the bracelets so I went and checked the floor and I said I don’t see anything on the floor. Most of there employes are very rude I call n they just say come to store and hang up and the other day I was going to buy a hermit crab and one of there employees called my husband a snob or "armargado" for not wanting buy a crab after all she gave aditude and followed us around the whole time we stayed there. I call to speak to a manager 8 times they keep telling me hes not there call back in 30 min -_- come on valley how do we expext to have ppl come here if the poorest service is given.its ppl like this that give us mexicans a bad reputation how embarrassing l ..I dont recommend this...
