They helped me in a situation I'd rather not explain publicly (due to future customers potentially trying to take advantage of a similar situation), but let me just tell you they went out of their way and did the unexpected for me! I forgot my jacket at one of the hotels on Padre Island, the hotel called S.O.S so that they could ship my jacket back to me. S.O.S, called me as soon as they picked up the jacket and even followed up with another call on the next business day. They were very professional and helpful! The young man who assisted me, patiently went through several shipping options with me. I received my jacket, nicely packaged with the transaction receipt inside. I thought their pricing for doing all of the leg work, packing and communicating was extremely reasonable. ...
