China Wok — Restaurant in Spanish Fork

So tired of having to wait over an hour for an order. I called and was told 15-20 minutes. One hour later called my husband and he was still waiting. They called our order while I was on the line with him. Last three times this has happened. We live in Santaquin and still choose this one because it tastes the best. But it's beyond ridiculous to wait for over hour when told 15-20 minutes. We stopped ordering here because of that. Guess we will have to stop all together. Not even any kind of discount or apology for any of the times. So...

I haven't a clue why people eat here or say that the food is good. It's not. It's SO not.

Hot and sour soup was clearly diluted/flavorless, and the triple delight was the literal antithesis of delightful, as there was ALSO ZERO FLAVOR (and BONUS...made me sick after). I can say that that was easily the WORST Chinese food I've ever had--and as someone who spent the last 10 years in the Inland Empire (a location with easily the most Chinese food in the world), I've had A LOT of Chinese food.

Over-priced garbage served on paper...

There is no other Chinese cuisine experience that will give you the sweet pleasure of calling in and hearing a melodious “China Wok, may I help you?“ pick up on the other end of the line, encouraging you to request one of their delectable menu items, such as the General Tso’s dinner plate, the chicken fried rice, or the cream cheese wontons.
