We used to go here occasionally, despite the fact that they almost always got our order wrong. Then we had the worst experience I've ever had at any establishment, ever. I went through the drive through and was told our food wouldn't be ready for 10 minutes, and to wait in the parking lot. Their time estimates are always wrong so I gave it 20 minutes, and then went to find out what was going on. It turns out the employee had written down the wrong make of car, so when they didn't see the car written down, they gave up. I showed the employee my receipt and he went in the back and pulled my order out from underneath a desk. I couldn't see if my food was directly on the floor, but either way having it under the desk didn't seem like a good sign. As he's ringing up the order, I notice that there's an open and oozing packet of antibiotic ointment on top of the boxes. I stared at it for a minute, and then pointed it out to the employee and told him it was kind of gross that there was ointment oozing all over my boxes. He quickly picked up the packet and threw it away, then told me it wasn't ointment, it was ketchup. I told him I had seen it very clearly, it was ointment. He continues to insist that it was ketchup. After a minute it seemed to dawn on him that there isn't really a reason for ketchup packets to be in a pizza store, so he stammered out something about how he wasn't sure why there was ketchup in there, but that it was definitely a ketchup packet. Pretty blatant lie considering I had seen it and the gunk all over the boxes was clear, not red. Grossed out and frustrated at being called a liar, I emailed Little Caesars and let them know. Never heard a...
Read moreThis place is a joke. Went through the drive through, was told 10-15 mins. Waited 30 mins and when I walked in, the bell rang, and not a single person greeted me at the counter. The drive through guy, just stood there, doing whatever he was doin and I think I saw 2 maybe three people just hanging out in the back. I said, "Hello..?" Again not a single person moved until who I think was the manager (a terrible one at that) said, "Can one of you grab front?" The guy walking up to the counter looked pissed off and slow as hell (If you hate your job so much, quit) when he got to the counter "How can I help you?" (Super annoyed much? Did I interrupt your text with your fake girlfriend) "I've been waiting 20 mins for my pizza, What's taking so long?" Which car..? The silver Nissan....You mean the gray Nissan (Oh I'm sorry that I wasn't specific about MY car that I've been driving for 10yrs) The manager (again not my favorite person) hands him the box like it's no big deal at all. Here you go. "What took so long?" We are short staffed!!!??? Short staff my ASS. You are all lazy as hell and that is the lamest excuse in the book. When someone walks through the door, maybe put down your damn phone and do your damn job! Act like you care about someone else other than yourself or go look for work somewhere else where you don't have to help anyone since you strongly...
Read moreLast night I made the mistake of visiting this location. It was 6 PM so it wasn't super early in the day, and it wasn't like it was late in the evening either. I could see there were maybe 3-4 cars waiting for orders in the parking lot, and a couple in the drive through, but nothing obviously catastrophic going on, so I got in the drive through line. Ordered a pepperoni pizza, a cheese pizza, some breadsticks, and some sauce. Was then told they had absolutely nothing currently ready to go, and it would be, "About 10 minutes, maybe 15" for my order. Against my better judgment, I opted to wait. The time stamp on my receipt was 6:03 PM. I wasn't given my order until 6:55. I watched people who ordered 20-30 minutes later than me in the store leave with their food while I was left to wait outside. I've never had such a horrible wait time for food at any establishment of any kind. I've been sick for several days, and I know one of my driving brake lights is out, which is part of why I was trying to pick up some dinner before it got dark, and why I didn't really feel inclined to give up and drive somewhere else in town for food.
