Great American Cookies — Local services in Spartanburg

I placed an order for a cookie cake through the Great American Cookies website on Monday, May 19th to be picked up on Thursday, May 22nd for my father‘s birthday. I spent over $100 on this cake and paid extra for a custom design and I was called day of the pickup to be told that the design that I paid for could not be done. She explained to me that she was new and that she was training and she would try her best. She helped me pick out a different design that she said that she could potentially do and when I went to pick up the cake The writing did not look good and the design was not how I wanted it. When I expressed that to her and asked if I could be compensated with a refund or some form of credit towards the store, I was told no and frankly she was kinda rude. 5☆ This was an absolutely great experience for us.. We were just walking by and wanted one an Icee.. I'm glad I did.. The young man working "Steve" was genuine, enthusiastic kind and courteous.. I can't say enough good about him.. I will definitely return to the Great American Cookie in the Westgate mall.. And I would tell the Great American Cookie Company... I give you 5☆ Five Stars you might have gotten four or even three... Your employee got you two stars by himself you should give the boy a raise he's awesome. :-).. I went here yesterday. The worker's were not customer friendly whatsoever. They looked angry to be there. The cookies were not very good, and they made me sick. When I went to ask for a refund they told me they couldn't because a manager wasn't there. Today I come into work (I work in the same mall) and my boss told me the manager came to to talk to her. The girls said I was rude and that they weren't going to give me a refund. My boss said they'd work something out with me.

I find this behavior to be appalling and completely unprofessional. I will not be going back. I hope they manage to...
